Very good quality, worth it!
I do admit that I was quite disappointed when the first thing that I read when I opened the package was the “MADE IN CHINA”. Thankfully I changed my mind quickly. The quality of the product and its design is undeniable. Seems very sturdy, obviously full tang. Feels good on hand, well placed grooves for both normal and reverse grip. The ring makes it easy to deploy after a bit of practice. The sheath is quite sturdy and holds it tightly, making a “click” when fully sheathed. Should not be easy to deploy it by accident. It has a mecanism that makes it easy to change between lateral and vertical, although it depends on how tightly screwed it is. Speaking of, it came a bit loose from the package, nothing that could be considered a problem. The belt clip has a “lock” that makes it hard to remove depending on where you fit it, which is good for unsheathing purposes. This is true for thicker fabrics. For thinner ones, when I tried to pull it, the sheathe came along with the knife. It came very sharp, after a bit of testing it seems to hold the edge very well. I resharpened it but only because I wanted it to have a mirror finish. It was quite easy to sharpen it on its entirety, nothing on its body got in the way. So far, holding it very well.

A great EDC fixed blade
I picked up the Kansept Niko on a whim because I love shred carbon fiber and have been wanting to try a Kansept fixed blade out. Where to start? I was a bit apprehensive in purchasing because of the finger ring at the end of the handle, but figured to go for it anyways. To my suprise the feel in hand is very comfortable and the ring actually aids in pulling the knife from the kydex sheath and keeping a firm grip on the knife. The knife comes very sharp from the factory and has tight retention in the sheathwith no rattle. The clip design allows for a lower carry on the belt and angle is easily adjustable. The factory belt clip can easily be removed and replaced with an Ulti Clip if desired. The 3.54" D2 steel will provide a nice utilitarian edge suitable for a wide range of uses and maintain a edge through use. The handle scales are easily removable with two T8 screws for cleaning of the knife and scales after food prep or animal processing. The Niko has a full tang construction and the thin profile fits very comfortable in the hand. The concave spine and jimping allows for a comfortable place for your thumb to give you more stability and control in your cuts. At only 7.3" overall length this is a very nice and compact fixed blade knife that can easily be part of any every day carry. This may be my first Kansept fixed blade knife, but definitely not my last.

Great fixed blade
Maybe I'm a fanboy at this point but I love all my Kansept knives. Superb craftsmanship at a decent price point. IMO the quality of Kansept knives rival other's products in the $300-$500 range. The Niko was my first fixed blade, and I love it. Comes super sharp out of the box and just looks amazing. It doesn't weigh a ton and feels really good in the hand. The included sheath is nice and fits well with my only complaint being that the rotating feature is quite stiff, but I imagine it is supposed to be, so it stays put. 100% recommend.

Great knife
Very happy with it so far. It isn't my favorite steel, but it is a good steel if done right and so far it seems to be done pretty well. Not a super slicy knife since it's a little thicker and it's definitely worth it for the money. The sheath is very good and the blade doesn't cut into it like one of my other knives.

Nice looking knife but
Its nice with good size blade and sheath but for my hands it was awkward to hold. Its not a bad blade it will all depend on your hands and how it fits.

Great fit and finish and sharp to boot.
This is a very ergonomic knife. It has a blade that is not to thin at the tip, a problem I find with a lot of these small knives. The sheath fits well and carry’s well. It is well finished with no hot spots. It’ll make a great edc.
