I’ve tried plenty of “ergonomic” pillows before, but the Hansleep Adjustable Cervical Pillow is the first one that actually lets me fine-tune both height and firmness to fit my body. Got two of these, one for apnea and copd hubby one for me. Has cut down on his snoring and tossing and turning and has eased up on my neck and shoulder pain. They had a bit of not unpleasant smell for 24hours, it goes away. They are very firm but designed to cup your head. Spot washing if need be seems possible, not sure I'd put in a washer. Good value for price.

Awesome pillow and supports neck very well. However, pillow sheds extremely. This is not even 2 weeks old and it’s already a eye sore. But it’s perfect for support and is so very comfortable. Definitely helped with my pinched nerve in my neck. Yes it’s a great buy outside if the shedding.

The pillow is OK. It is much smaller than expected. There is no way to put your arms up on it. It takes a while to get used to. I liked the feature of removing padding to make it the right personal height. It kind of cradles your head for comfortable side/back sleeping position. I've just been using a regular pillow case and it's OK but too small even for a twin size case. I am a 5'6 female 150ish so this would not be good for a larger person.

This has been the first time in months that I haven't had any any neck pain. Great For pain relief. Perfect alignment to keep my neck straight. For functionality, I thought the thickness was too much at first, so I took out the removable bottom spacer. Still felt like it was too thick, but remember memory foam will sink down as you lay on it, I woke up in the morning and I had no pain at all and the pillow fit perfectly. The doctor has been wanting to have surgery done on my neck, but since it's not bad after sleeping all night on the pillow, I'm not going to get the surgery. I still get pain in my neck when I turn it to look at somebody or look behind me when I'm reversing my vehicle.

Don’t waste your money!! HORRIBLE!! I’m so disappointed. I read the reviews and looked at the photos posted by other customers, and thought this product looked great— so I bought it. Boy, was I wrong!! It came rolled up in a box, vacuum sealed, so it was pretty “smooshed” and compressed. I waited patiently, set it aside and waited for it to expand. At BEST, it’s not even HALF the size/thickness shown in the photos. I feel absolutely ripped off. If I can figure out how to roll it back up and stuff it back in the box, this POS is being returned. HUGE disappointment!! Do not waste your money. The only reason I gave it one star is because you can’t leave zero. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This pillow is awesome. I have been having neck and upper shoulder stiffness with my old traditional pillow. I came across these cervical pillows. To be honest I purchased this one on price to take a risk and try. In looking at similar pillows all were about the same in design. So I purchased. My wife laughed when the pillow came in a tiny little box. She said that’s your new pillow? Just as instructed the memory foam expanded over the next 5 hours. Depending upon rotation you can use thick side or thin side. I prefer the thin side. I’ve only had it a week now but I have been sleeping great and not waking up with neck pain. I highly recommend. It has a zipper washable cover but I slid mine into a traditional pillow case with ease then I don’t have to mess with taking it on/off all the time. Go get one. You won’t be disappointed. Best nights sleep.

Love this pillow! I'm a side sleeper. This pillow is perfect for me. The only 2 complaints I have are 1 the arm rests are Not wide enough to fit my arms. 2 the little part at the base of the neck support needs a little bit more softer padding. Otherwise no chemical smell or anything. A plus is it did not make me sweat like other pillows I have tried. I would LOVE to order one for my husband. He has worse neck problems than myself. This is all from the first night (if anything changes in the next few days I will update). I'm so happy with this pillow. Can not believe how much pain is gone from my neck, shoulders & upper back.
