Adjust for best fit & pad placement and do their job.
I have 2 inguinal hernias--one Left & one Right, meeting in center of groin just above genitals. I ordered 4 hernia belts, not sure which would be best for me. Two are lousy: both are size small/medium. My size is small. The hip belt wraps around front twice, and under groin straps don't adjust tight enough (they are really a medium). Another is an actual small, with only 2 airy foam pads which squish too thin. They also have very thin elastic under groin straps that stretch too much and don't press the hernias back in. The ENLUNTRA are best by far, sold in actual indivudual sizes, come with 4 firm pads (2 med. & 2 large pads), and easily adjust for perfect fit, and keep hernias in and pain gone! Best quality and value. I ordered 2 more ELUNTRA same as my first, they're great.

Hernia brace
Worked great, pain went away soon. Not the most comfortable but did the job.

Well built and exactly what I expected
I took off a star because the product came with no clear instructions, and no way to know for sure if this is indeed the correct size that I ordered. If you are well endowed, it’s a tight squeeze and if you have a large butt, the straps that go under your legs will be tight. Other than that it’s well made and does what it says. I will be replacing the hard hernia pads with something softer.

Good quality and good value for money. Would recommend.
Never write a good unsolicited feedback before. Got this 5 weeks ago and use it daily when I was travelling overseas with a new, small but painful hernia. Like it compared to other brands because of the better construction of the Velcro strap ends which did not curl and frayed at the end as reviewed of the other brands. It stays well and in shape even after washing. Easy to take it off and on, even though I may not need to do that going through TSA. Size of the truss appears to be big and ordered the small size for my 35" waist. The waist and the truss fit well. Like the 2 size pads and easy to change and stays in place. Now using it for postop hernia repair to avoid hurting with sudden coughing and sneezing. Will probably not need it for long when recover from the surgery.

A Hernia Belt That Is More Comfortable
I have been wearing hernia support belts for over six years. I would have the hernia surgery today, but I am a full time caregiver for someone and the many weeks of recovery doesn't allow that. Anyway, I have tried many different hernia belts over the years. I began with one from the local drug chain and it had large, heavy belts that were uncomfortable all the time, not sized well and very expensive. Went on Amazon and found many options to choose from. I have tried several and this one is the best so far. First of all it is quite comfortable to wear. The construction is better also. The fabric on the front is firmer and more durable and doesn't wrinkle up like others. When others wrinkle up the velcro straps pop off, the belt then shifts and out comes the hernia. This belt has better quality straps and much heavier velcro on them. They don't pop loose. The only thing difficult was the belt comes with a right and left pad and it takes some doing and adjusting to get the pad velcroed in the best position. And this belt costs about one third that of the drug chain version. Thumbs up for this one.

Not all of the Pads were included.
This looks like a good support belt. The reason that I gave it only 3 stars is that it says that there are 4 Compress pads. When I opened the package, the one that I received only had 3 pads. There was only 1 of the larger pad.

Placement pressure is everything!
I am going through a lengthy (grrr) wait for eventual surgery for a double inguinal hernia. I bought this Eluntra belt and one by Uriel to see which worked better. The Uriel was a bit more comfortable material...but it's "pressure pads" were in pre-sewn pockets that didn't have much adjustment ability. This Eluntra belt, on the other hand, does the "important" stuff all by velcro...so you can not only tighten the belt by adjusting the velcro (like the Uriel), but you can also make *minute* changes to the placement of the "pressure pads", which is ***HUGE*** in terms of managing "pop-outs" during the day, especially if you are moving around and doing things during the day (which most of us likely have to do). It isn't the most comfortable thing in the world to wear...but no hernia belt that does it's job right would be able to be comfortable, as the whole point is to maintain pressure on your inguinal canal(s) to avoid pop-outs. At this point, it's a life saver for me, because as you all know, the longer you have to deal with this, the more those pop-outs happen and the more painful they become over time...not to mention the intestinal discomfort and the other charming aspects of inguinal hernias. Whee!!! Anyway, this belt was well designed and it allows you to put the pressure in the right place and adjust as needed...and it's affordable to boot. I kind of felt guilty about preferring the product that was made in China to the Uriel...but Uriel is a foreign (Israel) company as well, so I didn't feel *that* bad about it, and even if it was American, I'd have to choose the Eluntra, because the adjustability of the pressure pad pockets is the most important thing on the belt, IMO. IN that respect, this belt is a winner. Good luck to all of you out there dealing with this!

Une ceinture solide que je porte depuis 2 semaines en permanence. Cependant, les coussinets sont aussi durs et inconfortables qu'une roche.
