So far I have taken this nightly since receiving it and I like plenty of things about it. The pills are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. I’m glad that it has a variety of magnesium to help with my overall well being. I also sleep well when I take this and have no more leg cramps. This is a great product and I recommend it.

I feel it has changed my body. Sleep is better the skin on legs and arms feels tighter, I’m not as bloated as I would get . I started with one capsule and I have kept it at one for now . I do wake up with a slight headache but it goes away quickly.

Very pleased with this supplement. As a post menopausal woman I’ve read that magnesium is important for better health at this stage of life. My previous supplement didn’t seem to do anything. I take one of these in the evening and I have better sleep and most importantly my constantly tight, achy hip pain is gone! I’m sure it’s the combination of the 5 different forms of magnesium that made a difference. I tried taking 2 capsules at night and that was too much for me as it had a somewhat laxative effect. Switched to one capsule and all is good now. So glad I found relief.

First time trying Spectrum 5 Magnesium last night. I normally just take Magnesium Glycinate. I slept like a baby! And was quite "regular" this morning. The issues I've had with that have been very annoying. So far, so good. I'm liking this product!

Work in progress !I think it's working I've been sleeping pretty good so far,I think it's really lower my hot flashes😊 I take 2 capsules a day my dr recommended it to me 🙂 Thanks doc!!!
