Ordered this upgrade kit for my son's Oryxearth 105cc minibike before Christmas in Dec. 2025. The one I got no longer uses Allen socket head screws to attach the header to the engine. It came with regular cap screws where you can use an 8mm wrench from the side to tighten them. This improves assembly because there is no longer a problem tightening the inside bolt with a regular size Allen hex key. I appreciate the design with the header running inside the frame and well away from the legs. It gets very hot and will burn you if any part of your body comes in contact with it. Performance and sound is great! It is not too loud at idle, but gets loud in a good way at full throttle! It also helps performance, as long as you also do the Stage 2 carburetor mod that removes the engine governor. With the stock carb and governor still in place, there is no top speed improvement (24 mph on Oryxearth 105cc minibike) because you are still being limited by the governor. Together with the new carburetor and disabling the governor, the minibike gets to a solid 35 mph, which is a 46% increase in speed!

Finally! An exhaust that fits the Hover Hearts MB001! Because of the bikes exhaust diameter most exhausts that say it will fit won’t! But this one does while not getting that much louder. In order to install it you have to remove the header screws that are. With the stock muffler using a vise grip.

Did not fit my coleman B100 like it says it will, nice exaust otherwise plan to keep it for next build
