Systane Complete has "nano droplet technology" and claims to lubricate all layers of the eye. Ultra does not have those two qualities. What all that means who knows? **Q: Is this solution supposed to be cloudy???** A: Yes, it is milky white. Shake the bottle for a minute before putting it in your eyes. It’s very soothing. Much better and safer than Visine. **Q: Are these rated for permeable plastic contacts?** A: My eye doctor recommended 15 minutes before you put in your contacts. Never put them in with it **Q: Are the drops supposed to be white? Or transparent?** A: The drops are white coming out of the dropper. My doctor gave me a sample of Systane and the drops were white. I ordered Systane from Amazon and those drops were also white.
