To put it mildly, my work area is space challenged, so I’ve been on the lookout for a small but reliable Bluetooth in-ear device with a boom microphone as I find having a mic a bit closer to my mouth than other earphone options works best for my work meetings. I’ve tried wired over-ear headphones with a mic but don’t care for the feel on long calls and would rather be a bit less obvious about using a device on calls. Enter the New Bee headset, that checked all the boxes, including the reasonable price (perhaps the most important). After using it for roughly a month in meetings, I can say it’s meeting all of my needs: it’s compact, delivers good sound while still allowing me to hear other sounds via my other ear, the mic extends just far enough forward to be better at picking up my voice and it typically has enough juice to get me though a week of meetings (how many calls/meetings you have would of course deliver different results on battery life). Typically at the end of a week, I plug it into my USB-C cord for a couple of hours, and I’m good to go on Monday. When reviewing the instructions, it did mention not wearing glasses while using the unit. That immediately raised a few concerns for me, as not having my glasses on means I’m not seeing….anything. I do understand the point of that statement: it is a bit awkward with the ear hook and my glasses stem, so I remove my glasses before putting in the headset and put them back on to begin a call. It’s certainly noticeable to feel them both but not unmanageable. Your comfort level may vary, but if you’re dependent on glasses like I am, just keep that one thing in mind. Because this is a single-ear unit, it isn’t noise canceling. I can still pick up anything going on, but work in a quiet home environment most of the day, so it’s mostly if someone is ringing the doorbell that I need to answer that I’ll hear. Maybe the birds chirping in the warm weather. But the sound quality itself is quite good, delivering a good value for the money. I am not one to be able to talk about a range, as I’m sitting at my computer whenever using the headset, with a range of about five feet. I haven’t tried walking around away from my desk while on a call (at least not yet). I also appreciate the charging level display in the case. When opening the case I can see how much charge there is. So far I’ve not ever been critically low, but if I have a heavier call week sometime, that will come in handy as a flag to charge the headset sooner. All factors considered, this handy little headset works well for this work-from-home user, and at a price that made it worth the investment.

I bought these as a gift for my adult daughter. She wanted to be able to talk hands-free on her phone and talk on the phone. Maybe even listen to music and do other things such as talk to people on other apps. Her main objective was hands-free phone talking though. This headset was perfect. She researched and asked me for this headset as a gift. She loved everything about it. I just know she loves it. It mutes well and has a long range away from the phone. The dual talk mic is a plus too. It works well for her. The color is sweet. It is a perfectly light purple. A lovely Lilac. The color is rich and almost glows. She likes how it fits well on her head. The color is calming. Not jarring. The mic fits well over so she can talk easily. She and the caller have no problem talker or hear. She told me it was crystal clear. The Bluetooth has a good distance and has no trouble connecting. The signal is usually strong on her end. It makes it easy for her to move around with ease. The battery life last longs between charging making it great for long calls or voice command projects. It is sturdy with just enough bendability to move it as needed. The mic moves easy and bends as needed. It does not feel as if it will break anytime soon. It fits fell and comfortable on her ears even after hours of weraring them. The cushions are soft on the ears. The buttons were easy to reach and quick to respond. This makes it easy not to be disturbed during calls trying to fiddle with buttons and controls. The headset was a amazing buy and a great gift. My daughter is happy. I am happy. The price was amazing too for such a great necessary item. A great gift. I am thinking of buying one myself. I will rave again about the pretty color. Great Product.

This Bluetooth headset has been great to use. It fits fairly well. The mushroom tips are not made to hold well in the ear. The sound quality is very good. It can be heard well in noisy environments. Listeners have reported hearing well with little background noise.

I bought this because I was tired of paying expensive prices for big headsets that don't last long or are just too bulky. This one is super light and comfortable—honestly, I barely notice it’s on my ear. The noise canceling does an amazing job blocking background noise for the person on the other side of the phone. It connects to Bluetooth flawlessly. Battery life is amazing, and the sound is fantastic. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy another one as a backup for the road!

Decided to cave and get a bluetooth headset. I'm a stay at home mom and can never get those important calls done because I always have my hands full with something with the kids. Connected easy and sounds good. Even seems to cancel out most of the noise from the kids! Fits well with the over the ear hook.

It’s all right but not great. Sound is good for person I’m talking to but I often hear an echo of myself talking. Also the ear loop is really thick. Between that and the overall design I just can’t ever get it to feel secure and it’s a nightmare trying to wear sunglasses with the earpiece. I really wish they would come back with the old style Plantronics Explorer headsets, they fit so much better.

I bought this headset because I needed a comfortable hands-free option for making and receiving calls throughout the day, and it has been an excellent purchase. It's lightweight, fits securely in my ear, and the sound quality is clear on both ends of the call. The battery lasts much longer than I expected, and the charging case is very convenient to carry anywhere. So far, it has worked flawlessly and has met everything I was looking for.

It's been a month since I got my Violet New Bee and I am extremely satisfied with it. Long rage and still good quality of conversation, noise reduction seems to work much better than many previous Bluetooth ear pieces I had, price is really good for the quality. Personally I like smaller and less bulky ear pieces, nevertheless, this one is really comfortable on my ear and I can barely feel it when I have it on. I used to misplace them all the time, but this one is absolutely perfect for me, because you can see the color anywhere and one of my favorite things of ALLL is, that you can charge it inside the box or directly...SERIOUSLY that is awesome because you don't have to carry the box to charge, and last, the battery last very long time. I am very glad with this purchase. In the pictures you'll see that it shows the charge info and both ports to charge it>

Easy blue tooth connect. Fits ear easily and comfortably. Great sound and voice pickup. My hearing isn’t great and i can hear everything with this. I also like the charging case. I travel a fair bit and it sits securely in my bag

È già da un anno che possiedo il modello precedente, M53, che credo sia davvero difficile da migliorare perché funziona già divinamente. Con questo M54, però, New Bee è riuscita comunque a fare un passo avanti, migliorando ergonomia, vestibilità e design, mentre la qualità audio è rimasta eccellente, esattamente come nel modello precedente. Nel tempo ho provato davvero tanti auricolari, di ogni marca e fascia di prezzo, ma il problema era sempre lo stesso: i rumori di fondo, spesso addirittura amplificati. Con New Bee ho finalmente svoltato. La cancellazione del rumore funziona davvero come si deve. Ho fatto diversi test in situazioni quotidiane, mentre lavo i piatti, camminando per strada, nei negozi e nei supermercati, e il risultato è sempre lo stesso: si sente la voce e non l’ambiente intorno. Da quando esiste il Bluetooth non riesco più a telefonare senza, quindi ne faccio un uso intensivo ogni giorno, e non mi è mai capitato di restare senza batteria. Dire che ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo sarebbe sminuente: è semplicemente un auricolare di buona qualità, punto.
