This fridge freezer is great, no issues when trying to connect to the Bluetooth app, appears to cool quickly in heat of the southeast. Large enough to hold plenty of food and drinks for a weekend trip, fairly light weight.

Very good product! I bought this to replace the cooler/ice-chest that came with the new (to us) trailer we recently bought. I was concerned about the size of the IceCo frig being too big for the existing coolers space, so I called IceCo and spoke with one of their customer service agents (Rain, I think) who answered some questions regarding exact size and if some of the protruding parts of the fridge could be removed, such as the handles and/or the corner reinforcements. The answers I received that yes, they could be removed if space required, allowed me to confidently order. Yes, I did have to remove the handles for the fridge to fit into my trailer’s cubby, and yes, it’s a tight fit, but it works! Freezes well, and looks great. Thanks, IceCo!

Oh I love this thing, it keeps my ice cream very cold at -2, and my food just right at 39°. I should have bought this years ago. Plenty of space on the freezer side for three pints of ice cream plus frozen vegetables. Fridge holds plenty of food and beverages. I'd give it 10 Stars if I could.

I waited a month to review this item, so far so good! Functionally it’s perfect no problems so far! As far as build quality this thing is beautiful, I could see it lasting quite some time. Coming from a 55quart Snomaster I was afraid the 35 quart was gonna be too small but it’s the perfect size for what I do. It has the ability to support two people for week long trips without a doubt. The 20 quart is good for quick weekend trips. Power draw, this is very very efficient! I have a 100Ah lithium house battery with a 100 watt solar panel and even on cloudy days the fridge does not outrun the solar system. My old SnoMaster was a power hog so I had to constantly monitor my power system. I feel very good about the purchase and would buy it again. Side note: the compressor is very quiet compared to other brands.

I bought this refrigerator mainly for road trips, and overall I’m very happy with it. It cools down quickly and runs very quietly. When I set it on the floor and turned it on, I could barely hear it running. My only small disappointment is that the freezer compartment is a bit too small. I think most people who choose a powered portable refrigerator like this for traveling would probably want a more practical freezer space for storing meat or other frozen foods. If you only need to keep drinks and regular food cold, a regular cooler without electricity can already handle much of that. If the freezer compartment were a little larger, this would be even better for long road trips.

We've used the ICECO for a while. I have to say it is the best purchase we've ever made. The battery life is incredible. It lasts for so long. So impressive.

Made a cross country trip with this and a shorter trip near home base. Both times this Iceco model worked beautifully. We started off with the big compartment for freezing and towards the end of the trip we switched it. After all the traveling I have done with ice packs and older models of different companies, I am so excited to have purchased this Iceco model. The app is a perfect companion and makes managing the fridge a breeze. Because it is so light, even when it’s stocked I can still carry it. Highly recommended.

I’m very happy with the ICECO portable fridge (APL35). The hardware works well—cools reliably, holds temp, and has been great for trips. The companion app, though, forces an email + one-time code login just to open it. That’s a problem when you’re off-grid with no signal: no code = no access to Bluetooth controls to change temperature or modes. On top of that, my code took about 30 seconds to arrive and the app only gives 120 seconds before it expires, which makes the flow fragile in weak-signal areas. Once I’m logged in, the app works fine, but the login gate makes a simple local Bluetooth task dependent on internet. Please add a “use without account” option for full offline control. Rated 3 stars—two stars off for the login/OTP requirement.

I already own a VL60S and never had an issue that Is now being used for the past year as a freezer to freeze my wife's breast milk. So I got this apl35 to replace that because I needed a fridge for camping. So far I love it for how light weight it is and how fast it cools running on 12v by far my favorite fridge.

Great unit. Lot of space. Hi quality unit. Noise is acceptable and is not disturbing, but could be more silent. The fan make more noise than the compressor. Use it as a small fridge at home for 2 weeks now, and will carry it for next trip on the road.

I’m happy with this cooler . Quiet , cools quickly the app is easy to use . Has an old school 60’s look . Two zones , beer on one side ice cream on the other life couldn’t be better

So far so good! Good size to weight ratio. Fast, even and efficient cooling. Looks great. $$$ is my only complaint, especially for Canadian buyers (as usual).
