Would buy
This is amazing! I am not a long distance runner. But I will say this i have migrane troubles and I can never go for runs in the summer months. Even if it's 2 kms I end up getting a headache but without proper hydration. This absolutely helps.

Essential buy for endurance athletes
I often used to get cramps after a long run, especially in humid conditions like those during Mumbai Marathon. Started consuming these tablets on the recommendation made by one of my doctor friends. Since then, I haven't got cramps ever. Although, the longest I have run so far is 25 km and due to lockdown I haven't yet been able to test them in a full marathon (42 km). Hope I get to do it soon, but I'm happy with the positive transformation so far! Mind you, the consumption should be commensurate with workout intensity and/or duration. Consult a doctor before you start. With two years of shelf life, one doesn't anyway have to worry about their expiry.

Easy to carry &consume
The product arrived 3-4 days after placing the order on Amazon.I used 8 salt capsules for a full marathon (42.2km) in Kolkata in March.The weather was humid, blazing sun and these salt capsules are easy to carry&consume while running or stopping at a water station(I consumed them with water). I had the salt capsules along with Unived Caffeine energy gels and it worked well to keep away dehydration. It's a good product and easier to carry than normal salt, which is what I would do earlier.
