Do these arrive fresh?

Ordered 3 all had the same best use by date 3 months from arrival. So depending on how fast you can go through a barrel yeah. I'd have preferred that they have a longer use by date.

Are these supposed to be sealed under the cap? Mine came with no seal other than the screw on cap. Is this normal?
