Yes I also had to do some research before buying this thinking why a watch could be not so expensive, but pricey. There has to be something. But no .. There is everything you need for different daily purposes. From your daily fitness tracking to receiving messages and phone calls to booking an Uber ride to just google maps in general & the 1000s of Watchfaces. It just never ends. I just keep learning different things every minute & enjoy it. It has this quirky little fun look & style to it that takes you back to a time when you first saw a smart mobile phone & how you miss those times. That is one of the main reasons I Love my Pebble time. It doesn't go all out and replace your mobile phone putting touch screen, camera, etc that kill your battery each single day. This watch just compliments your mobile phone and does an excellent job I must add. I bought my Pebble time for a sweet one day deal for 6,999 & have got to say Best deal ever! .. Last but not least.. Really kudos to desertcart and Cloudtail. An excellent customer service job. Very quick delivery & great packaging. Verdict: Looks - A great design. I heard it gets scratched easily, but that just depends on how clumsy you are lol. I haven't faced any problem. Review: Read this before buying. - Pebble time is a great device for people on the go. The ones who don't get time to pull their phones out and work endlessly. However I would say that it is also useful for people who are preparing for entrance exams as it helps in reducing mobile phone usage and limiting sleep. Now for the pros and cons. Pros: 1. Excellent sleep tracker(very accurate) 2. Very good display(nice colors) 3. Plastic looks good 4. Looks good(suit various occasions) 5. Excellent watchfaces available on the app. The UI of the app is also pretty good. 6. Excellent after sales support from pebble. 7. Good battery life. (I've not been able to get more than 4 days) Many more but depend mainly on usage. Cons: 1. Pedometer is not accurate. It's just not accurate. If u are looking forward for a fitness device I would suggest u to look for misfit or something similar. 2. The bezels around the display get scratched very easily. Please take care of it or buy a skin. 3. Some apps do not work when the phone is not connected(for ex ESPN,voice notes) 4. Apple users have less advantages as compared to android users. 5. The strap does not get rid of sweat easily so I have to remove the watch for a few mins after workout. 6. Magnetic charger is delicate according to my usage. Overall it's a very nice product. I love it all over its cons because I don't really care about pedometer. Though my observations are that this product needs care and it cannot be used in a rough manner. So I will say go for it catiously. :) I have attached a photo which is after almost a month of usage.

The Pebble Time is one sweet gadget around your wrists and I bet you it is soon going to be big in India. Yes I also had to do some research before buying this thinking why a watch could be not so expensive, but pricey. There has to be something. But no .. There is everything you need for different daily purposes. From your daily fitness tracking to receiving messages and phone calls to booking an Uber ride to just google maps in general & the 1000s of Watchfaces. It just never ends. I just keep learning different things every minute & enjoy it. This watch is one of the most unique smart watches ever ! It has a solid build with no creaky or loose parts. It's as light as air and really comfortable to wear ! The buttons aren't like the spongy soft buttons where you only realise that it's pressed adequately when you see a response on the screen, instead they are very clicky, like the one's on your smart phone. Though it's a simple watch with no inbuilt wifi or gps, it has a ton of features and lot of support through the apps on its store ! It has apps to remind you drink water, do your work, see the news headlines, see the current scores of any match going on, etc ! It's very easy to use and surprisingly, it actually feels good to use buttons instead of a touch screen. Coming to the e-paper display, the display is not as bad as some people say. It's bright and easily readable in the daylight and in artificial light like bulbs and led lights and stuff. For low light conditions too it's not a big problem. Just flicking the wrist or pressing the button switches on the backlight illuminates the screen with its backlight. Infact, the e-paper display is one of the best as it doesn't glow like lcd or led screens and thus makes the watch look like a normal watch and doesn't shout out for attention. If you want a watch that has customisable watch faces according to your clothes and style and can notify you and let you read your calls and messages, and you don't need to charge it very often, this is the perfect watch ! And as a bonus, you can also reply to your messages using your voice! If you're in for these kinda things, this watch is the one ! Go for it !
