TESMEN TCM-300D Digital Clamp Meter, 6000 Counts Multimeter, Voltage Tester with AC/DC Current &Voltage, Auto-Ranging Voltmeter with Inrush Capacitance Resistance Diode Continuity NCV/Live Wire

Wanted an extra clamp meter at home which could both AC and DC currents, and ran across this one -- so I bought it. And again because it was that good. The physical construction is good. The blue casing leans towards the purple spectrum, which I don't mind at all. Indeed, I'm trying to justify purchasing a service cart from a particular tool store chain because it's purple -- but I digress. There's no bumper case, but the plastics feel quite solid and details like an actual threaded insert for the battery cover is welcome. Note that the test probes have removable safety covers -- just pull them off if they get in the way. Accuracy on both units were very good as verified against a calibrated Fluke at my work. At low DC voltages, this was off by 0.006V. At 120V AC line voltage, it was off by 0.2V; 0.3V at 240V. Measuring DC amperage on a battery bank via clamp versus the battery controller's own monitor, it was off by 0.1A at around 55A. Overall, for the testing I did, the specs were off by less than half of 1%, with the majority being less than 1/4% off. On a couple occasions, it did auto selected AC current when I was looking for DC. One press of the [SEL] button switched it to the correct mode, however. Additionally, the manual is a full manual (6 languages, 115 pages) and more importantly, it's well written! Besides the aforementioned test probes, a set of temperature probes, a soft carrying case and three Duracell AAA batteries are also included, though you will need to supply your own screwdriver to remove the battery cover. Overall, for it's good construction, very good accuracy, and great value, this gets 5 stars.

Seems to work good for me

This is a great multi meter. I have used it multiple times at work. Accurate temps. The only problem I have had with it is the automatic function. It doesn't seem to work. It is worth the price.

AWESOME * Pretty inexpensive * Display reads crisp * Many TYPICAL DYI features. Not clouded by things you'll never use.

Awesome multimeter for my multimeter kits.

The TESMEN TCM-300D Digital Clamp Meter arrived on time and in excellent condition. I'm using it to diagnose a parasitic draw on a car battery, and it’s been easy to use with clear, accurate readings. So far, it’s performing just as I hoped and has been a helpful tool for the job.

This is too good for the price that it selling at. I thought it would be a scam, but it actually works. Great value.

Works as expected, I do not like the delay while it auto detects which mode it should be in. probably would have been happier with a manual dial to set the mode.

Great multi meter. Very simple to operate, it has all the test capabilities that an electrical enthusiast or pro could want or need- and best of all it's all in one small compact meter. Test results are displayed quickly and test results are very accurate compared to Fluke meters costing hundreds of dollars more.

Precisa misurata con strumenti professionali discreta la lettura DC in amperometro comunque non perfetta ma se consideriamo che altre anche più costose nelle specifiche le danno per amperometro DC e poi non funzionano appunto in DC

A cause de l'excellent écran j'ai de plus en plus tendance à l'utiliser à la place de mon multimètre classique. Totalement dans ses spécifications. Il y a mieux mais bien plus cher.
