Review: For the price it’s a great machine - For the price and how much I use it, this machine does everything I need it to do. There is a learning curve though on threading (there’s an electronic guidebook which i printed along with a on machine guide as well). The one thing I found a little confusing was the colored threading guide hooks on the top, but I remedied that with matching color dot stickers to make thread location easier.

I was returning this item but changed mind. The machine wasn't working because I didnt plug it in correctly. Customer service contacted me and fix the problem. They went out they way to assist me and now I am a very happy customer. The service was excellent very professional. This FY505 serger machine is easy to thread and they have a very detailed video on setting up the machine. I give this service 100%.
