Received the first one, worked good for a second and then kept asking for a sign in even though it was set for no sign in. Received a replacement, worked good again for a second the started asking for a password when it didn’t need one, made a password and would not move from that page.

Refurbished is the way to go
So far everything is good - this was a refurbished Xbox but we got the extended warranty just to be safe. It had no damage that we could see and was a lot cheaper than a new one.

Mine has no sound whatsoever. And its also 780gb not 1tb as advertised.

A happy customer
The xbox is in great condition and the seller is easy to talk with and eager to make things right if something happens. It came with 1 game as advertised but the seller sent me the other game once I reached out to them and told them I really wanted the other one that it was advertised with. Everything was intact and in really good condition. One minor aspect is the controller has a bunch of black particles coming out of it everytime I play but I can always get another controller.
