I recently purchased the rolling knife sharpener with industry diamonds and so far, have been very impressed with its performance. This compact yet powerful sharpener makes it easy to keep all my kitchen knives razor sharp. The sharpener has two sharpening wheels - a coarse diamond wheel for grinding and reshaping the edge, and a fine diamond wheel for honing and polishing. The diamond abrasives make quick work of sharpening even high hardness steel knives. The sharpener's sturdy handle and rubber base keep it steady while sharpening. I really like the two angle options (15° and 20°) which allow me to sharpen different types of knives at their optimal angles. The built-in magnet is genius - it securely holds the knife in place while sharpening and allows me to keep both hands safely on the handle. I no longer have to worry about the knife slipping. The sharpener is also compact enough to store in a drawer. The fact that the base could also be used as a quick sharpening tool for knives AND scissors, is definitely a great plus. Only slight negative that I can find with this set, is the fact that the base is a bit small for my big hands, and I have to hold it firmly, if I don’t want the whole assembly to move, while I am using the rolling sharpener. A bigger base would have been better, but of course much more a challenge to fit correctly in a drawer. Overall, this is an excellent quality sharpener that makes the tedious task of knife sharpening so much easier. The diamond abrasives sharpen blades incredibly fast and the magnetic base provides a safe and secure grip. I would highly recommend this sharpener to anyone looking for an easy and effective way to keep their knives (or scissor) razor sharp. It's a worthwhile investment for any home cook.

With a chainmail glove, this is an idiot proof method to sharpen a knife. The magnet fixes the knife angle (blade side up) and you run the metal side of the roller along it for 1 to 3 minutes. Then you take off the burr with the ceramic side. Then you switch knife directions and do the other side. There is a 15 degree side for your super sharp knives and a 20 degree side for your favorite chef's knife. One knife I have ships with a 16 degree angle, so if you care, buy one with more angles. If you don't know how to sharpen a knife, this is a great way to do it properly. Buy a chainmail glove. Running your hand near a face up knife 100 times seems like a hazard you should protect from. The manual is a pretty bad translation of fantasticly written Chinese. It tells you what to do, how, and why, even if the grammar is adorably poor. With weekly honings, and daily use, you should sharpen with this every month or so. This will last a lot longer than those v-groove sharpeners, and requires a lot less skill than a sharpening stone. Downside is, it is much more dangerous. Buy a glove and you'll be fine.

Very easy to use and works better than I expected. My kitchen knives became sharp quickly, and the angle guide makes it simple. Good quality and worth the money.
