Batman: Year One

When the book arrived, it was not properly packaged and for that a part of cover is damaged severely that makes it looks bad in general and in the shelf. Other than the content are safe, as for the story it was one of the best from Frank Miller. It is the definitive origin for Batman and this is where the Batman really starts. A classics and the art is amazing for 80s. A 8.5/10 I guess

Great read

Its such a great comic. I was soo engrossed in the story that I ended up reading it all in a single sitting. Such a quintessential story for batman. My favourite character was Jim Gordon.

This is the very first graphic novel / comic I’ve read which is not Indian (read a couple back in childhood) and I must say it lives up to all the hype created around it. The art work is simply amazing and you can not help but admire it for a couple of minutes before you even start reading. I have been a Batman fan all my life, which is why I loved this book. The only downside I can think of it is how short this is, I wanted it to go on for a couple of pages more if not more, also you do not get to see Alfred which is a little weird, but rest assured it lives up to all the expectations.. a must have for the Batman fans.. !!!!

Nice book

For this comic, really enjoyed this new interpretation of a classic hero. The storytelling was fast paced and comprehensive and the art is easily my favorite of any batman comic produced this far. The old times really had it better.

It worth every penny, every DC fan must buy to for the original cut, Frank and David has did an astonishingly great work bring the origin, the story, action and illustrations keeps your head down the entire way. I would suggest to add this first off on anyone's collection and then go for Dark Victory, The Killing Joke, and the Dark Knight. Your shelf will lit up dark :) Now lets talk packaging and stuff -- Good packaging and well packed, this book comes in different sizes so choose accordingly(doesn't matter though). The paper finish is AAA quality, contains all the scripts and b/w from the Deluxe Edition, yet I guess its the updated version obv. DC Fans -- Go for it...it is truly a masterpiece u need it...

It's a classic. Story and art is awesome. The comic that redefined batman. If you are starting to read comics and specially Batman comics, then this is the first one you should pick. One star I deducted as outer cover of the comic was not properly cut that was delivered.

Exelente producto llego en muy buen estado, solo a tomar en cuenta no si sea por la edición que compré pero está venia con papel tipo periódico pero en general 10/10 exelente historia para enpezar a leer a Batman.
