Easy install and works great!

The faucet itself is good quality, looks nice and was easy to install but the hands free feature is now turned off at our house. We found that using the sensor to turn on the water annoying after a few months of use. Luckily this faucet has a switch for sensor or manual mode.

I purchased this faucet to replace another faucet that only lasted a year. I liked this faucet and it seemed to work ok after I got it installed. But shortly after the installation I noticed a small puddle of water under the faucet on the floor of the cabinet. After rechecking all of my fittings and connections for leaks I found the problem. There was a small drip coming from inside the control module black box. The water was working it's way out through a small hole that a wire was also fed through from inside the control module. Because of the leak location it wasn't something I could resolve, so I ended up totally uninstalling the faucet, and ordering the same one to replace it thinking I just had a defective control module. So I got the 2nd faucet and installed it all again. No leaks under the sink this time.....but this faucet had a constant drip from the spray nozzle. The water flow to the faucet is controlled by the same control module that had the previous leak under the sink, so I assume I had another defective control module? So back to uninstalling it again and returning a 2nd faucet. I ordered a totally different faucet this time and went with a much more expensive Delta faucet. So far, no issues with the Delta. I still had higher hopes for this faucet with such a high number of positive reviews. It didn't end up being the case for me. I'm leaving this same review on both faucets that were defective.

The sensor on the side of the faucet has to be touched just right before it will shut off or turn on also note that the water will not shut off automatically on this faucet. If I had not already installed the faucet, I would be exchanging it for one that has a better sensor on it and has the automatic shut off feature.

Just installed the touchless kitchen faucet. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Faucet feels sturdy and sleek. Like the side position for the sensor. Good water pressure. All’s well! 👍

Good quality, fair price. Sturdy and touchless. Easy to clean, same color as picture. Fair price as well. Looks nice once installed. Takes about 30-45 minutes for installation. Strong spray capabilities
