PUREIT GERMKILL BATTERY NOT WORKING
Product: Pureit Germkill Kit / Battery โ 3000 Litres I ordered a Pureit Germkill Battery/Germkill Kit (3000 Litres) from Amazon. The product has been delivered and I have installed/assembled it properly in my Pureit water purifier as per the instructions. However, after installation, the purifier is not working properly. The water purification process is not functioning as it should, and the purifier is not operating normally even after correctly fitting the new Germkill Kit. I have already checked the installation and assembled all the parts properly, but the problem still remains. Since this is a newly purchased replacement kit, I believe that the product may be defective or faulty. I request Amazon to please arrange a replacement with a new and properly working genuine product, or provide a full refund if replacement is not possible. Please do not ask me to keep troubleshooting the product repeatedly, as I have already installed it correctly and the issue is clearly present with the newly delivered kit. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
