I am delighted to have bought this product, Hey....I can positively assure you that, No water leakage Problem as well as others, if Its happen with your Iron Please wait for some time for the iron to heat up. Only then you can use the steam function effectively. Its happen when the iron is not heated enough and steam function is used, it will lead to water leakage. Its having Extra large water tank of 350ml for consuming water for Steaming. Powerful steam Shots Release is just great with Variable steam control lever, Fine water spray to remove difficult creases It work fine. Warest product, worst flatform to buy products
1.Extremely poor quality product. Instead of producing steam properly, water continuously leaks from the steam holes, making it completely unsafe and useless. 2.I purchased this product on 17th April, and from the beginning it has been defective. I immediately requested a return/refund, but even after multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the seller or Amazon support. 3.This is highly disappointing and unacceptable customer service. Selling defective products and then ignoring customer complaints is irresponsible. 4.I trusted Amazon for quality and service, but this experience has been frustrating. Delayed responses and poor support have made the entire process stressful. 5.Waste of money, waste of time, and a very bad shopping experience overall. 6.I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing this product, and Amazon should take stricter action against such sellers. 7.Very disappointing platform experience in this case โ customers deserve better product quality, faster support, and proper resolution.

Excellent n efficient
Using it from past 6 months........beautiful looking iron........no leakages till now........multiple settings for all sorts of fabrics.......but when using it for very delicate fabrics i keep a cotton cloth over the fabric (like chiffon dupatta etc) n iron.....gives a good iron this way as well........produces very good steam n thus ironing clothes becomes quick n fast......heats up quickly n when turned off cools down quickly as well.......i never liked ironing but with this iron i enjoy ironing........its not light weight but not very heavy as well........i have philips eco care as well n dont find much difference between the both just the thing is philips eco care is lighter than this one n the steam is little more than this iron but this iron also produces good n sufficient steam n makes ironing fast n easy in a single press......since philips eco care costs more than this iron but looking at efficiency both are efficient n cost wise this is cheaper than philips eco care...............if one doesnt enjoy ironing try this iron n i think u vl start enjoying ironing

Very big heavy duty iron. Excellent heat generation and ironing capacity.
This is a very big model. Its much much bigger than what is normally available in the market. While it is not very heavy on its own, it has a large water tank. So if you fill that all the way to "max" setting, this becomes a very heavy piece and this is something you should consider if you are planning to iron a lot. It heats fast and the ceramic plate glides very smoothly over most fabrics. It has a big surface area so it covers plenty of grounds in a single sweep. The thermostat control is responsive and works nicely. The main indicator light turns off when the iron is hot enough. A few things that bother me about this though none of these will affect the way the iron works or changes the ironing capabilities of this model. First, there is no place to fold the cord and store the unit when not in use. In other irons I have owned, the power cord can be wrapped at the base of the unit even when its hot just after ironing and it can be safely stored upright or moved around as needed. In this unit, the cord just hangs loose, there is no place to wrap it, especially when you just finish. It just flops around. Second there is another indicator light window at the top of the unit which does nothing. It neither glows or indicates any activity of the iron. There is no mention of it in the manual provided. I did write to Morphy-Richards about both these things but even after a month or so, I have received no reply from them. I hope that is not an indication of their support services. But the iron works beautifully and does what is expected. It does have a very large tank compared to other irons but it makes more steam than others so you end up using the entire water for about the same number of clothes as do the smaller irons. Recommended for those who don't mind the extra weight and the nuances I have mentioned above.
