This brush is fantastic - easiest to use and great cleaning
I just "upgraded" to this pool brush, and I must say, it has been a game-changer for me. The whole brush is really durable. The handle is aluminum and incredibly strong. What impresses me the most is that the manufacturer's claim of the brush's patented "aquadynamic" design actually makes a difference. It's hard to see how much this effects the effort needed to brush but it really works. It maintains firm contact of teh brush with the pool's walls and floor, making the cleaning process much more efficient and thorough. Moreover, the ergonomic design has made a significant difference in how my back feels during and after cleaning. Or more acurately how my back doesn't feel compared to my previous brush. This one is so much better for my back. Literally, no strain at all, I was able to brush the entire pool without taking a break. This is a huge relief, as I used to have to stop frequently with my old brush. Overall, this pool brush not only improved the cleanliness of my pool but also made the task less taxing on my body. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to make their pool maintenance routine more effective and comfortable. Bottom line. My back has always been an issue and your brush is a total LIFE SAVER!. Thank you thank you!

Bomb-proof: Stop looking and buy it
This brush sets the standard. Lot's of great features. Cut cleaning time in half from what our old brush did. You will not be disappointed. Pros: Bristles - A great mix of aluminum and polypropylene bristles. While the brush head is contoured for corners, the bristles are longer at the edges thus ensuring they actually get into corners. Airfoil - Just about right. Not too hard to push and does stick without adding pressure. Works well for floor and walls. Only adds downforce when pushing. Brush head - heavy-duty plastic aluminum reenforced non-mar head. Basically bomb proof. UPDATE: After a full season of use this brush has shown no signs of degradation. All the bristles seem to be intact. The brush head's super heavy gauge plastic does have wear where is rubs against the inside corners of the plaster pool, but that's to be expected. It leaves no marks. Still a 5/5. PHOTOS: After 1 year of use. Attachment - Cast aluminum pole insert with a single-hand pin release, which is a nice touch. Cons: None. Wish I found it a long time ago. UPDATE 7/2016: Still the best brush ever. Another pool season almost done and no issues.

Easy to use, does a great job.
I lost my previous scrub brush off the back of my work truck recently, so I needed a replacement fast. I had a "Wall Whale," which I really liked for walls, but it was cumbersome for tighter spaces and corners (if you've ever used one, you'll understand). This one got such good reviews I decided to try it, although I was skeptical. It really does what it says...sticks right on the walls with almost no pressure required. It's been a life-saver on my 55-year-old back, especially after cleaning my 9th or 10th pool of the day. I was a little worried about the stainless steel bristles, but there aren't so many that I worry about them hurting a plaster or pebble surface. (don't use them on a vinyl-lined pool though). My only recommendation for the manufacturer, if they ever do a redesign of this, would be to curve the ends so it would be easier to clean in the radius where steps and wall meet. Other than that, this is a really great product.

It works
I got this brush to replace another more traditional brush I had also purchased on Amazon. That other brush started to disintegrate after only one pool season. So far this brush has performed much better in several other aspects, but I will have to update the review down the road to comment on longevity. One of the first things you will notice is that the bristles on this brush are much longer than most others. You can see it in the product photos if you are looking for it. This lets you get into corners around stairs and other pool features much better. The horizontal fin that is supposed to help apply pressure as you push does work, but keep in mind it is ONLY on the push stroke. It actually will make the brush fly off the wall or floor of the pool on the pull stroke. I had been used to using my old brush to scrub certain wall areas of my pool that would get dirty or have algae build up after the winter. With this one you can't really scrub back and forth. Overall though I think the trade off for ease of use is worth it. If this brush survives more than one season I will probably upgrade this to five stars as what more can you ask of a pool brush?

Must have for pool owners.
If you have ever cleaned a pool you know cleaning the walls can be a pain especially if the brush does not have a great angle. You end up reaching way out over the pool to angle the brush correctly. This is the best brush I have ever used and I have been through many in the past two years. You can literally use this brush one handed. This brush is also great for the bottom of the pool especially in the middle of the pool where it is a bit harder to keep the brush from lifting up. This brush sticks to the walls and bottom of the pool very well but also allows you to easily pull the brush back to you. I donโt review many products but had to for this. This brush has made cleaning my pool so much faster and easier! I have already recommended this brush to others.

Lives up to its claims
Blend of plastic and steel bristles makes perfect for everyday use in my plaster pool. Not too abrasive yet enough scratchiness to remove most of the algae in one stroke. The hydrodynamic design definitely helps it push against the pool wall. When pulling back after a stroke, rotating its angle to lessen resistance on the reverse stroke I find is necessary. Recommend also getting their all-steel version for thorough cleaning of stubborn algae and harder to clean/harder to reach areas like steps and main drains. I have both brushes and they are superb. Having to order another combo brush after about four years of normal use on medium size residential pool.

Very Impressed with Ease of Brushing.
One of my pet peeves when brushing the swimming pool walls is the difficulty in keeping the brush against the wall, particularly for the entire stroke, so that you can get any loose algae or dirt brushed off for the filter to pick up. Well, for me, this is not quite a one-hand job, but one works pretty darned good when necessary. I have thought about those ones I think they call a whale, but they are so huge that I simply did not want to try the, This is the perfect shape and size, and I would definitely buy one again if needed! Note that when brushing horizontal surfaces, to me, it feels like there is a very heavy weight on the brush. I guess I don;t understand enough about the dynamics of fluids to explain, but I tend to use my regular brush on the bottom if doing a lot of horizontal brushing. Buy one. You will not regret it!

Shrinkflation
Unfortunately the product has changed and not as it used to be. Bristles are 1/4 inch shorter overall and the ends are now tapered. This Makes a big difference when cleaning tile line with any kind of deck overhung coping that is very common nowadays. Now with a few months use the brush also wears out faster than the older versions had bought for the last 7 years.
