In the past I've taken Turmeric on a daily basis and it is usually able to keep my symptoms at bay. I saw this product and thought the curcumin would work well for me. It just didn't. I woke up with pins and needles feelings in my hands and carpal tunnel symptoms that didn't wear off until late morning. Was in a dream like state for 4 days. Ears ringing, dizzy, walking around in a dream. Was also unable to sleep much. Curcumin products I've used before had that pungy odor in the bottle and the capsules. These had no odor at all and only a faded yellow color. True curcumin is a bright orange/yellow color.
