The video quality is crystal clear, the installation was simple, and the app is very easy to use

Haven't used it as yet but I love what I am seeing

This worked for about 9 months, then the hard drive stopped working, so I contacted them and they sent me another hard drive, I put it in and the same thing, HDD NOT FOUND, so I contacted them and said, it might be the firm ware, could you send me another unit and make sure its working first. then they sent me another NVR without a hard drive saying, take the hard drive out and install it into this one. so I did and I got the same thing, HDD NOT FOUND. so I contacted them and now they have stopped saying anything. so i purchased another brand of NVR and now the 4 cameras that came with this system do not work in my new system. and what does AMAZON say, I need to contact the manufacturer, Its still under warranty, what seems to be the problem?

Great setup that has plenty of features in the DVR. Install went well and everything works as it should. My only complaint is you get 5MP cameras bit a DVR system that maxes out at 1080P! What is the point of having 2k or better cameras coupled with a DVR that can only view 1080p in each channel? Advertising gimmick maybe? Just like I installed a set recently that stated 4k DVR but it came with only 1080p cameras. Overall the picture quality is good at both day and night. If any street lighting etc it sees well at night in full color and the camera that has total darkness around it sees well in B&W at night with the built in IR spot light. The cameras have a good wide angle lens and pickup and very good amount of area on the screen! They are holding up well outside in the weather with heavy rain and winds with no problems. Have not had any problems with lag or connectivity at all and the motion detection works as it should. The app works well also on mobile devices. Overall it works well and is a great piece of mind for security. I just wish the DVR viewed and recorded in 2k rather than 1080p max.

Very clear view, easy to set up and use, easy to connect to and perfect price

This is a good camera set love the night vision and the nice colors during the day love that it records good if your looking to protect your house or keep and eye out on things this is a good set to get not to expensive eaither so that is wonderful my husband set it up pretty easy so that's great I'm cause I'm not to good at setting up like my husband it functions good I thought it didn't get something important on video cause power went off not long before that but came back on well it recorded it so that's wonderful

These cameras function exactly as they should. The set up was easy. For my first security system the instructions were straight forward. I had no problem. The night vision picture is very clear. I've contacted there customer service several times about different things, and they were always super quick to respond and they were very helpful.

Opened up box and everything packaged well. Took everything out of individual boxes and laid it all out. For me I didn't need to look at manual because straight forward, all plug and play, but there is a manual that's easy to read. Mounted my four cameras and ran wires to DVR, plugged them in and down loaded app which my phone camera didn't work on QR code but typed in Honestview in playstore search to get app. Just had to register and create password and cameras up and working. You can take snap shots and video from play back and they will be saved, has a album function but haven't tried it, other than that not much you can do in app. Need to have a monitor to access the DVR which I don't have right now, my time is not right and not all sure what you do in menu of DVR untill I get a monitor but happy that I can see what's going on around my house being two sides of house is commercial.

After 6 month HDD not working

Leicht zu montieren...super verständliche Anleitung...muss aber eine app dazu geladen werden, sie bezahlt werden muss monatlich... aber ansonsten super qualität

j'ai reçus ma commande en retard car bloqué par la douane , et reçu avec des prises américaines donc je doit encore acheter des adaptateur en plus du prix
