This is a mixed case though for the ice Cube tray. I ordered two at once, thought that I could rotate them while they are being cleaned and dried. They came in as high quality products, well packed and feel robust. They worked really well at beginning, unlike some other customers review, I had no problem remove the ice cubes and it was effortless. All perfect. 9 months later, the second summer starts, they start to leak in my freezer, despite all done according to usage instruction. Somehow, the lid won’t seal properly anymore, I kept asking what had I done wrong? I even dry the lid and the water inlet to ensure the sealing effect, didn’t help… luckily, Amazon customer service always does a great job in finding a solution for me, I got refunded. It’s a real pity that they are useless after one summer… Hope the product team can evolve the product to solve the problem!
