I just can't handle our heavy Dewalt cordless trimmer anymore. I was a bit skeptical of this trimmer due to low price. Arrived the other day and I tried it out. Love that it comes with two rechargeable batteries and lots for replacement string spools. Had to use one of our bigger screwdrivers to put together, but assembly was pretty easy. I have only used it once, but wow, just wow! Lightweight, battery lasted. love the adjustable handle, and the edger works. And best of all I didn't have an aching back from a heavy trimmer. Able to do everything in my backyard that would have taken me three days to do with the other one. Might be too lightweight for some but perfect for me!

this product works great. It has fantastic power and it's super light! The batteries last at least two uses for me and I have a huge yard in garden area. It's very easy to use and it seems to be super durable by myself. I am a female and this product has been insanely easy for me to use as someone who's not had to do any lawn care before the extra battery is super convenient as I don't have to wait in between uses it's a very efficient product!

This is a great little trimmer. It weighs just over five pounds without the lightweight battery, so it’s easy to carry and use. Assembly is quick and easy as long as you follow the instructions. The manual also contains helpful hints for easier trimming and instructions for winding spools yourself if preferred after you use up all the ones that come with the trimmer. Charging the battery from the package took less than an hour. It comes with two batteries, but I was able to trim my front yard before the first battery registered under fifty percent charge. I wore out before the battery did. It cut grass easily and cut a thick weed stem with a little more effort. Operating it is quite simple and it has adjustable features for your convenience. It’s much more comfortable to use than the heavier trimmers I’ve wrestled with for years. It’s similar to my lightweight corded trimmer, but much easier to use because of the adjustable features and the freedom to walk around without a heavy cord. It feels durable enough to last. I had previously purchased a cordless leaf blower from this same company and I absolutely love it, so I feel comfortable with purchasing this trimmer. I’m going to love this as well. The company seems to make good products. They’re better than ones I had previously purchased locally at higher prices. And I’m much happier with the products I purchased from this company. They’re cheerful looking and fun to use. That’s a major plus when it comes to icky yard chores. I finished more quickly with this trimmer because I didn’t have to wrestle with it or drag out a heavy cord. It quickly trimmed everything I wanted to trim in a very short time.

At first glance I like everything about this trimmer. It's lightweight, came with two batteries and eight extra spools of trimmer line. I was off to a great start. Not only that, but one of the batteries came fully charged. The Assembly of the trimmer was very simple. A five-year-old could do it. And I like the features. There are multiple push button adjustment options to help you get just the right angle for your particular need and liking. My only issue right now is that it is missing the Line Feed guard meant to keep us from getting too close to objects or plants. And when I tried to resolve this by going into my account and requesting assistance, I kept getting a message that I needed to enter a 10-digit phone number. I did this multiple times and it would not recognize the number. Unfortunately because I shared the account with my housemate I cannot call for assistance because they would want to verify the account which I cannot do when she is not here. Obviously this is going to delay things a bit which is not ideal as we have ridiculously Long Grass following the flood we enjoyed last week in the Gulf area of Florida.I guess we're about to find out whether Sunchers monitors the comments on their product and reaches out.

I'm not an Amazon Vine person writing this review - I bought this string trimmer for my husband. Now, he's only used it one time, but that was pretty much all day long. He spent hours outside with the trimmer trimming up all sorts of areas with it. He came back happy with it, loved not having to mess with an extension cord, and said the battery wasn't even fully charged and it still lasted for hours. Also, it's not heavy and is easy to use. It might break the next time he uses it but I will be back here to update this review if it does. It cost $63.59 with the $30.00 dollar discount coupon and free shipping. I think we got a good string trimmer for that little amount compared to the costs of some other battery powered string trimmers.UPDATE 9.8.24 - Hubs has used this string trimmer several times now and still loves it.UPDATE 7.27.25 Hubs is still using this string trimmer, a lot, and it still functions wonderfully.

This string trimmer only worked for me for one season, and then it just stopped functioning. I tried everything to fix it, checked the batteries, checked the string, checked everything I could think of and tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions in the manual to see if I could fix it. Nothing worked.So I emailed the company's support team for assistance, and was informed that they could not help me, because my purchase was ONE MONTH over their stated one year warranty period. So if you are looking for a string trimmer that works for one season only, go for it. But if you want a product that lasts, avoid this one.I wasn't even able to use all the string that they "helpfully" included with the trimmer when I bought it, because the entire unit malfunctioned before I was able to change the string out more than twice.If you're still considering purchasing it, despite all that, be forewarned: The batteries also don't last a super long time, so you'll likely need to use at least two batteries to get through an average sized yard. And if your yard is large, you may need to break up the task into multiple days to allow for battery recharging time.

I’ve had this weedwacker for 2 seasons, using it for my third season now. It is stored in an outdoor shed year round and has lasted this long! I have absolutely no complaints.It works extremely well, cutting perfectly, and I’ve only used 1 of the 8 reels of string provided.The battery life is great in my opinion. I don’t have a large area that I am using it for however, the battery lasts for the entire weed whacking and then I’m still able to switch it over the my leaf blower and have enough for both. Recently, my lawn mower broke and I had to weed wack my entire lawn until I could get a new mower. The battery still lasted the entire process and lead blowing. The battery charges quickly enough for my purposes at least, using it 1-2 times per week during the season.The adjustable handle definitely comes in handy and is easy to use and change quickly.
