These are so yummy . I eat at least 3 at a time . I can’t help myself . It’s not too sweet in my opinion. It’s fresh .

Good allergen free snack or breakfast option
These aren’t very large. And I can’t say they are the best granola bar I’ve ever had, but they are decent enough and are a great size for my toddler for a healthier or cleaner/allergen free snack or breakfast item. On the soft side too so easy to chew.

Meh.
Was looking for gluten free breakfast options for kids- the general consensus is although we like this brand, these bars don’t taste that great. Nutritionally they aren’t too bad. Definitely better than a pop tart. They just are kind of bland and rather small. My kids will literally only eat them if it’s all I have left. I like them ok and will eat them more often than the kids. I like the cinnamon roll flavor best, but it’s nothing like a real cinnamon roll. Overall these are kind of bottom of the snack bag fair for us.
