Sleek classy ring
Excellent ring. Tracks all my activity, sleep, and more. It seems scratch resistant since it has no dings on it from rubbing against my other rings. I got a size 7 and it fits perfect although sometimes it tight in the morning when I try and take it off. But doesnt restrict circulation. You may want to size up since it doesn't fit like normal rings. I had previously used a ring sizer at best buy before I bought the ring on amazon.

***6 WEEK UPDATE— at bottom*** Comfortable and looks nice. Not bulky
Shortly after I updated this the ring stopped holding its charge altogether (about a month in). Within a very short time (couple more weeks) it stopped charging even plugged in. I might try the Quora… although I don’t want a monthly fee so we’ll see…I should have pursued a refund but I didn’t because it was paid for by FSA and any little thing that happens on that card and they deactivate it! This will be the last year I opt in. Anyway I may try to reach out to Samsung again because they did seem to be trying to work with me but it was going to be a horse and pony show to get anywhere and I just didn’t have the time… I’ve always really liked Samsung but now I’m questioning it since my TV recently went black on two parts of the screen as well. UPDATE**** I am adding the 5th star on because the little bit of color coming off only the bottom of the ring (in the scheme of things) really is not bothering me. The ring overall makes up for it in functionality. It is worth it **** I love the information I get from this ring. It also reminds me to drink more water and other things I forget to do. I compared it to the Oura ring and as far as I can tell it does everything the Oura does. It's slimmer and very comfortable and holds a charge for 5-6 days before I have to recharge it. No monthly fees. It's waterproof. Durable and FSA paid for it. The only thing (loses a star) I am a little bummed about is that I have only had it for two weeks and it already looks old and worn. When I use oil (coconut or olive) on my hands it gets shiny and looks new again but I don't constantly use oil on my hands. It's a new item and I am a die-hard Samsung fan so I believe they will figure that out and get it fixed by the time I'm ready for a new one! I would love it more if it could take my blood pressure (on is own) and keep track of some of the other things that I have to manually input. It's time-consuming and tedious. If also like a screen on the ring if possible and it doesn't make it any larger. If not no big deal- I can look at my phone! Overall a good purchase and worth it to help me keep track of my self-care needs. ***6 WEEK UPDATE****** I'm taking two stars back because the battery started out at 5-6 days between charges but 6 weeks later it is half that! It holds a charge 3 days now. What will it be in six more weeks?! Not a good look for a $400 smart ring!! As a side note the wear on the bottom still doesn't bother me-well it does now- as it feels cheapend because of the lack of battery quality. I'm going to shop around now since I got used to using it.

Great Smart Ring Without the Subscription Hassle
We chose this ring over the Aura Ring because we didn’t want to deal with ongoing subscriptions, and it hasn’t disappointed. Setup was simple, just connect to your phone, follow the prompts, and it does the rest. It tracks sleep quality and heart rate effectively, and the battery is excellent, lasting over a week on a single charge. We got the black version, and it looks stylish and sleek. Things to Keep in Mind: Make sure you order the size for the finger you actually plan to wear it on. It runs a bit small. I initially bought it for my wife’s ring finger, but she wanted to wear it on her middle finger. Because of the size, she ended up wearing it on her pinky instead, and it fits fine there. Overall, a high-quality smart ring that’s functional, stylish, and convenient—especially if you want to avoid subscription fees.

SAMSUNG Galaxy Ring AI Smart Ring, Size 15
As a daily user of the Samsung Galaxy Ring (size 15, which fits my finger flawlessly), I can’t stop raving about how this AI-powered smart ring has elevated my health game. I rely on it to track my sleep and stress levels, and paired with the Samsung Health app for logging water intake, it’s become my go-to gadget. If you’re all-in on the Samsung ecosystem like I am, this sleek, futuristic ring integrates so seamlessly, it feels like an extension of my Galaxy phone and watch. The sleep tracking is a revelation. Every night, I slide on the ring, and by morning, the Samsung Health app delivers a detailed report: deep sleep duration, REM cycles, and even heart rate variability to gauge how well I’m recovering. It’s like having a sleep coach whispering, “Cut screen time by 30 minutes for better rest.” The stress monitoring is equally impressive – during tense work moments, the ring’s gentle vibration nudges me to breathe deeply, keeping me calm and focused. At just 2.3 grams, it’s so comfortable I barely notice it, even with my larger size 15 fit. The Samsung Health app takes this device to another level. I track my water intake (aiming for 3.5 liters daily), and the app ties it all together, showing how hydration impacts my sleep and stress scores. The Samsung ecosystem shines here – data syncs effortlessly to my Galaxy Watch for workouts and my phone for real-time updates. No lag, no fuss, just pure integration. Battery life lasts a solid week, and the titanium build is tough yet stylish, shrugging off scratches and handling water like a champ (perfect for my post-workout showers). Yes, it’s a premium purchase, but for the unmatched insights and sleek design tailored to my size 15 finger, it’s worth every cent. If you want discreet, powerful health tracking without a clunky wearable, the Galaxy Ring is a masterpiece. Five stars – I’m obsessed, and my healthier, better-rested self is grateful for Samsung’s brilliance!
