These INDEEMAX ankle braces fit a bit snugger than I expected, but honestly, that snug compression is exactly what helps on my rough days. When my ankles or the tops of my feet are really flaring up, the gentle pressure provides noticeable relief and extra support without feeling bulky or restrictive. They’re comfortable enough to wear for extended periods and slide easily into shoes, which is a big plus. That said, if you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, I’d recommend sizing up. I’ll likely order another pair in a larger size just to have options depending on how my feet are feeling that day. They are not too thick, so you can comfortably wear them with shoes, and they are good quality to help relieve the pain. Overall, great support for pain days and definitely worth trying if you’re looking for compression without stiffness.

Gives the right amount of compression needed. I sleep in them and also wear them with my medical boot for a sprained ankle. Good quality, nice design and effective. I wear size 9M so I got medium size ankle brace.

Well made yarn and perfect elasticity however they did not reach my ankles where I felt the need for the compression. I am a short person as well 5’

It does actually come in a two pack The price is very inexpensive and the quality is top notch I was dealing with the sprained ankle and right out of the bag after washing it I immediately put it on and the brace went to work I felt a sense of confidence with the ankle brace on experiencing a nice grip around my ankle keeping it in place I definitely will buy a couple more just because the price is right and it's good to have a highly recommend.

I go to a podiatrist every three months for injections into my facial tendons for pain relief. Most times my feet start hurting before my next three month appointment.Of everything I have tried to relieve pain. THESE actually work.

For me, even though I purchased the larger size than recommended these were extremely, and uncomfortably tight. The tops cut in and leave deep groove around my upper ankles, because not only do I have fairly severe ankle edema (yes it's being treated), I also have severe talonavicular arthritis in both feet, and these exacerbated the pain of the arthritis and edema instead of making it feel better like my physician suggested it might. I don't recommend these I'm sad to say.

(size 5 ladies/ bought Medium) The socks are ok. They do offer some support but not as much as I thought. I had been wearing 2 pairs of thick hiking socks whilst waiting for these to arrive, and felt that the 2 pairs of socks were just as good. However. I could not wear 2 pairs of socks under shoes, and I can wear the Ankle Support sock. I will wear these day to day. Well made and should last.

So I bought these after trying the wrap around type. Broke my ankle on the distal end if the fibula 10 weeks ago now from a Motocross Injury. Along with having an arthritic ankle already, I needed the additional support, for most things especially getting back into racing again. Been wearing these for the last 4 days, and already the support is amazing and the overall continuous pain has subsidised a great deal. I'll have to see how it does for support during racing, but already this Is better than the previous mentioned type of ankle support. So I have high hopes that this will out perfom the others while I'm on the Bike, putting it through its paces. Great product, highly recommended 👌

These would’ve been better as a full sock, as I have plantar, arthritis & gout, I do have pain in the balls of my feet these keep riding back over the balls, if they were any bigger they would have no support but saying that there quite good!

I am a woman size 38 EU / 5.5 Uk. The medium size fit. I have not washed yet, but happy so far. I have an old ankle injury that flares up from time to time. This provides support and comfort until the ankle injury settles down.
