I have oily skin and it lasts well for me

What colour would be best for fair skin and light grey hair?

I like this pencil colour as it suits my fair hair. It's a lighter shade of brown than most eyebrow pencils and looks more natural.

I think it probably is. It stays on for quite a long time and I take mine off with a face soap with water or a cleanser. I don’t think you could take it off with just water.

Is this the same shade as the max factor soft brown 02

I’m not sure if it’s the same shade but I would say it is a soft brown colour.
