Read this and then buy this stuff. Mid thirties and plateaued on most PR's. Changing exercises and workouts not seeming to change that. Just finished my first bottle and here's the breakdown. First week: No noticeable change but irritable over small things/confrontational. Second week: Still no noticable change but mood returned to normal. Third week: Big boost in performance. Well it's been right at a month. I haven't really got gotten the results that others say as far as get a lot more energy and gains in the gym.
