I am cutting upto 5 mm leather and 1/4 in felt with this. It has made such light work for me.

It is difficult to cut with them they are very powerful but it's difficult to keep straight line with them and I am cutting only so certain things now because we don't care about how accurate the line is well be looking for another pair which would be more precise and easier to manage.

Due to Fibromyalgia using scissors or manual rotary cutters was painful, even more so as it looks like sewing will be my income source. To find this tool, delivered within days, has been wonderful. It is a little heavy for my wrists but that is compensated by the ease and speed of cutting and the quantity of layers you can cut in one 'cut'. Thoroughly recommend for projects requiring many pieces of same shape: face coverings, quilting etc. Thank You!

I bought this product to cut out fabric when making masks. The scissors were causing too much wear and tear on my fingers. Since I started using this cutter I’ve had no problems at all. I was a little apprehensive about using it for the first time but found it so easy I was amazed. A smaller version would probably have been just as suitable for dressmaking etc. however I am delighted with my purchase.

Very powerful - cuts many layers of fabric, as previous reviewers have said, the power button is in a really iffy place. Suggest having a GOOD look over the item before you plug in, which i did not :) . Still happy with it and will hopefully get used to picking it up without depressing the power button.

Great pair of electric scissors. The on/off switch is a little too easy to press by mistake as it is where you would naturally hold the scissors so care needs to be taken when handling the scissors. Haven’t used it much yet so can’t comment on the sharpness over a period of time but seems good. Slightly heavier than I expected but you get used to it. If cutting multiple layers of lightweight material you need a method of holding it down so that it doesn’t move.

Fantastic I brought for cutting carpets, it is brilliant, I recommend to anyone, as fast as you crawl it will cut carpet and leaves a perfect edge right against the scirtingboard. Plus brilliant for cutting old carpets to remove from the home into easy to handle bits so you don't damage paint work and walls...🙂

Powerful fabric cutter. Takes a bit of getting used to with the units power and weight. The position of the button doesn’t feel intuitive for a novice. Cuts layered fabrics with ease and is clearly an industrial piece of kit with decent build quality. With the power, button & weight combination using cutter requires absolute concentration, care and attention.

Ich war erst unsicher, ob das Gerät zum Zuschneiden von Stofflagen wirklich so gut geeignet ist, wie es in den Merkmalen steht. Das Zuschneiden von Dekostoffen ist aber auch sehr mühselig und anstrengend. Außerdem hatte ich etwas Angst vor der 1. Bedienung, weil so eine Klinge enorm scharf ist und ich mich schon bei meinem Hand-Rollschneider fies geschnitten habe. Da ich aber unter einem Tennis- und Golfarm leide, musste was elektrisches zur Unterstützung her. Also habe ich das Maschinchen zusammen mit meinem Mann ausprobiert. Es ist der absolute Hammer :-) Mein Mann und ich waren (und sind es immer noch) richtig euphorisch wie mühelos es wirklich durch über 10 Lagen Stoff geht. Als wenn man Butter schneidet, anders lässt es sich schlecht beschreiben, es gleitet wirklich. Wir haben erst mit wenigen Lagen angefangen, dann habe ich immer mehr übereinander gelegt, so dass mein Mann mich schon bremsen musste. Mittlerweile traue ich mich auch alleine dran. Man muss halt sehr genau und vorsichtig arbeiten, alles schön auf dem obersten Stoff vorzeichnen. Ich habe jetzt noch ein paar Klingen nach bestellt, sicher ist sicher, ich weiß nicht wie lange die Klingen halten. Bei der bisher zugeschnittenen Menge hätte ich meinen kleinen Hand-Rollschneider bestimmt schon 2x die Klinge wechseln müssen. Man kann diese Klingen auch mit dem Gerät nachschärfen, mussten wir bisher aber nicht. Die Investition hat sich bereits jetzt gelohnt, es macht wirklich Spaß zuzuschneiden :-)

la uso da un bel po' è mi trovo benissimo, maneggevole, precisa nel taglio e si riesce ad aver un buon taglio anche nelle curve, l'unica pecca non da poco è che non è facile trovare le lame di ricambio. qualcuno addirittura mi ha detto che in Italia è un misura un po' anomala la lama 70 mm. Ad ogni modo ne su Amazon ne in internet riesco a trovarle
