This clearly indicates a major quality issue with the blade's material. A trimmer blade should be durable, but this product has turned out to be completely unreliable. ​Since this is the second time the blade has broken, I request you to kindly address this issue immediately and send me a free replacement blade as soon as possible. ​I look forward to your prompt response and a quick resolution to this problem.

The reason why i gave three stars is after a few use of the trimmer blade the spring got out and while i try to rehook the spring in its resting place the frame got broke, other than that it gave good shave no cuts on your skin, even on full power mode you can use it with no fear the adjustment option is super simple. you can use the trimmer from any direction and still it will work perfect. The battery capacity is amazing
