I’ve been using this product for many years. It’s outstanding, easy to spray, your nose feels hydrated and comfortable. I think a saline solution is helpful in preventing colds in a protective manner.

I keep this in my bathroom for whenever the air gets dry, especially at night or when the heat or AC is running non-stop. It's just a preservative-free saline spray, no medication involved, and it leaves my nose feeling hydrated, my sinus headaches cleared up instantly and works really well on my post-nasal drip. My one gripe is that the spray itself doesn't mist as finely as some medicated nasal sprays I've tried but for a simple daily rinse it does the job.

Works pretty well! Isn’t as harmful to you as in histamine sprays, etc., and does not have any kickback effect so you can use it as often as you want since it’s saline spray. They take a couple tries before nose is completely clear, but is worth it not harmful like nose spray with chemicals in them!

It helps clear mucus in my nasal cavity.
