Easy to set up and very good camera quality. ### ⭐ Internal battery is defective, company does not respond *by B***K on January 27, 2026* I bought and installed a few months ago. It is not hard wired, it is plugged into the cigarette lighter. The internal battery is defective. Each time I turn the car off, if I don’t start the car within 12-24 hours, the battery does not save the time. When I start the car again, it shows the times I last turned the car off. So if I use on the car on January 5th at 1:00 PM, then don’t use it again until January 7th, when it starts up, it shows the time at January 5th at 1:00. That makes the camera useless in a crash because it does not keep the correct time. That means that each time I get in the car, I have to sync the camera to phone to get the time to update. I have to do this every single time I get in the car. I should not have to do that.
