so far, I like it very mucy, easy to put on and off, and good lower back support, has pre sprung plastic lower spine support insert that feels good. I use it for my home gym workouts, good for all except bench press. Had to take the insert out for bench.

This is the best lower back brace my husband has every found. He has had 8 back surgeries with the last one a fusion and this brace gives him a confidence of stability that none of his other back braces ever had. The comfort, ease and fit is a true blessing. The ease to adjust the belt and support it give is one of a kind. Glad we found it.

Love the fit and feel. Supports where needed. The best one if found so far and ive tried a lot of them.

Excellent brace. I don't use it enough to say if the copper is doing anything but at least the support part is great. The back lumbar support fits me well, so well that I sometimes use it while sitting down when working for hours in my computer. It helps me keep a good posture for the long hours ahead. I love that the side straps adjust far enogh to keep a good hold when needed and soft enough to sometimes insert a cold pad in between the brace and my back. I also like how big (top to bottom or height, how ever you want to call it) is. It really supports my back. I use it to give me extra support when I have to lift my handicapped mother out of bed. I recommend this product.

got this for when i do pullups on pullup bar , not back pain or arthritis, removes pain when doing pullups , weight belt won't do that , still use weight belt for heavy lifting weights, or dead lifts, AI suggested cleaning velcro after use sweat build up may change effectiveness of velcro holding, repeated tightening of velcro stretches it , cleaning velcro after use may help it last longer ai

This is not my first rodeo with the product, I've had a previous Copper Fit for 12 years, the only reason I am getting a new one, is the adesive has lost its grip on the old one and will not stay on and inplace. I got the new Copper Fit X-back brace and I am happy to say, "I am extremely impressed!", the adesive locks well and using the additional tightening straps, gave me such a secure grip, my back was in heaven. I recommend this product to all who are having lower back issues and need support.

Have to wear it for awhile to judge what good it does for me! So far I love the support I get from it, but my only concern so far is that it keeps riding up my waistline and I have to keep either pushing it back down ore taking it off and putting it back on. We shall see......

Velcro closure quality is poor and does not hold after the 10th wearing. Overall, the sizing was great and feels proportionately right. But, I can no longer wear it because the Velcro will not grab the satin soft layer beneath. Sad that I spent $ so much for a product that doesn't close properly. I hope you have better luck with yours

Item does exactly as described. Adjustable good support, easy to wear, not uncomfortable at all. Being black is perfect as it means you can easily wear under clothes without it being obvious to your appearance. Good value for money compared to similar items on the market.
