I bought this gate opener in February of this year and installed it in May of this year. The gate opener was working great for 3 months. In September, all of a sudden the secondary gate arm malfunctioned and started opening the opposite way causing the arm to bind up. Then the primary arm malfunctioned 3 days later and would only close so far before it would stop and return to the open position. I contacted Might Mule customer service to get replacements. I only received one arm replacement so far. I have had to make numerous phone calls and wait on hold for hours to speak to someone about getting the 2nd arm replacement. I am being told that it is on back order and will not arrive until 11/30. So, by that time my gate will have been non-operational for 2, going on 3 month before I can fix it. I would advise not buying this product off of Amazon. I would go to Tractor supply or other in store vendor to purchase this product. I would not purchase from Amazon because you never know if you’re getting a used/repurposed item. This is the 3rd high dollar item I have purchased off of Amazon that I have had to return or replace in the last 6 months.

Use one before and it work well this is my 2nd I’ll let you all know it goes

I would give 0 stars for this product this gate opener has been purchased and replaced twice with 3 mother boards two sets of arm and still not working after 8 months. I finally switched to Ghost Control which is up and working first day

I spent the extra money buying the opener that can handle 850 lbs per side of gate, and 18 feet. My gate is 12 feet and weighs 300 lbs. In 4 days i had numerous problems. The first one was the battery wasnt strong enough to open the gate. (It was dead after programming the gate only) I purchased a second battery to help ,just so i could get home. The sensor for automatic opener only worked some times and worked ONCE with a truck. Mighty mule representative said yes, he has heard that before. NEVER OFFERED a solution. Lol The arm of the opener broke . It appears as if the gear bent and shot through the plastic. Mighty mule says its not covered, thanks for sending us the money. And my remaining door isnt closing. Thats good, cause now i can get to my house.

I received this gate opener, found out that the box was open by somebody and we are missing remote control, batteries, wire connections, and the system is not working and the cover door for the control panel had dirt. somebody had this unit keep the parts and sent it back.

I received a floor model that appears used and does not power on. Some parts are missing, which may be why it isn't powering on correctly. I had to return it.
