It is a big shower cap that slips over the dish reflector that is mounted to whatever flash head you are using. This one is sized for a 22 inch diameter reflector.

Is compatible with ad200 flash?

These are made to go on 21/22 inch beauty dishes. If you have these, the Bestshoots will work.

How many stops does it decrease the light of the flash?

Using a Paul C. Buff 22" High-Output Beauty Dish, I lose about 2/3 of a stop of light. But, I also use a multi-light setup, and have 1250w and 2500w Zeus Packs, so making adjustments have never been a problem for me.
