1. Welcome to Bct! Please email us for a preferred working day for delivery after ordering. (Delivery is made Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm Only We can't guarantee specific times). Deliveries are to 'front door' only & not to room of choice or into the property.
2. Please ensure an up to date Mobile Phone Number is used at checkout. Our couriers will text the day before delivery with an estimated 4 hour time delivery slot. Please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the goods when delivery is made as re-delivery charges may apply.
3. If there are visible signs of damage to the packaging whilst being delivered then please refuse the delivery and please contact us as soon as possible. With all damage claims we request photos so that we can assess the nature of the damage & rectify this for you. Please keep the original packaging as anything that may be needed to be returned must be done so in its original packaging.
