Fatty & Flavorless
It was the fattest piece of prime rib ever. We buy a prime rib ever year for the holiday & don’t mind paying the price for prime meat. The inside of each piece had a huge piece of fat running through the middle. Generally it’s an outside fat line. Not very flavorful. We used are usual prime rib rub & used are piles are fryer. Got a full pan of fat in pan below & it was still fatty.
