Pricy, but works as advertised without issue.
Been running 24/7 for several months now. No issue whatsoever, works exactly as advertised. Somewhat pricy for what it does.

Wish I could return, sold without full disclosure
At least on Mac, there is no full real SMART pass-through. The windows based software update sent by support to update the firmware of SATA bridges (one by one) is not specific to my model so as to support SMART. The support experience was unacceptable in several ways. When scanning the QR sticker that says “24x7,” it leads to a 404 page. Underneath the sticker, it states that they respond within 24 hours, so “24x7” is misleading. Such promises are not trustworthy. I appreciate the compact design, the tool-less installation, and the fan, but I cannot trust the dynamic fan speed when that device doesn’t seem to get firmware right.This design is more suited for a home office setting and might not be as reliable as professional-grade and optimized for being always on. If you’re thinking about buying a SMART-compatible device, I’d suggest choosing one that’s been thoroughly tested, reliable, and has a chipset that’s been trusted in the past. While it might have a bit more fan noise but possibly lower NVH with a screw-on installation - and it’s a better way to keep things safe and reliable.

It works, but 4th bay is limited to around 50MB/s
Packaging: GoodBuild Quality: It's plastic.Cable Quality: The provided USB C cable is sturdier than the usual cables you usually use. It doesn't disconnect at the slightest movement.Product in use: I've been using it for at least 6 months now. It has been stable, except for the fact that the one of the bays is limited to a transfer speed of 50MB/s . I tried the same drive in another bay, and it was able to have transfer speeds of at least 90MB/s.Noise: Get helium filled drives & hope for the best. There is no sound dampener in this DAS.
