Works well
*new edit to add* after posting this the company reached out to not only trouble shoot, but refunded me for the faulty items and sent me a replacement that’s slightly different but even better! Wonderful company and great customer service. I do truly believe that the few I had that were malfunctioning was a random coincidence, the products are absolutely worth it and even with the few issues I had they were still worth it and are helpful to me. I’d reccomend them to everyone. *Edit To Add* after careful observation and troubleshooting we have come to the unfortunate conclusion that the pump completely disregards our inputs and just runs as many times as it would like. Two out of three does this. I have tried everything I can to fix this and am also unable to contact the company so I am changing my review from 4 stars to 1. If the pump timer doesn’t work accurately the item is completely worthless. My plants are at the point that they are being over watered. Unbelievable. I do overall love this. I have purchased 3 and plan to purchase a 4th. I have raised beds in zone 8B and watering is always difficult here due to the very dry excessive heat. I do have one complaint however and it’s a big one. Out of the 3 panels I currently have 1 pumps SIGNIFICANTLY more water. All three are connected to their own 32 gallon water barrel that gets filled to the same level at the same time. But my one panel (which also has the medium amount of drippers, one has more and one has less, so that’s not the issue) it just simply pumps so much more water. I’m not sure how to fix it. I have turned the amount of time it runs to half and still it’s using way more water than the others. I’m very confused. I’m allergic to the sun however and without these I would not be able to garden to this extent. I do really wish I could solve the excess water usage however.

Lot of things to love about this system, but a couple of caveats.
I'm using it in my veggie garden - eight 20 gallon grow bags, plus some in-ground squash. Some things get more than one emitter. I use a full outdoor-sized plastic garbage can (with lid - mosquitos!) for water. 30 minutes uses about 1/3 of the water. This was my first time setting up any drip irrigation, so I made a map in visio first to get my head around it. Helped a lot. Actual set-up was pretty straightforward - maybe an hour. Caveats: There's no actual clock, just a timer, so, to set it to run every day at 6am, you have to start it at 6am. Granted, a one time thing, but still - one main reason for automated watering is to not have be up at 6am. Second, they use non-US-standard sized tubing - it's 4mm/6mm NOT 1/4". Found out the hard way trying to replace a t connector that snapped in half (still not sure how that actually happened). Lastly, almost impossible (for me) to read the LCD in daylight. Note that I saw later that the instructions suggested charging with USB first - I didn't see/do that, but had it out in the sun for a day or two before I tried using it, and it worked fine. Maybe the LCD would have been brighter had I charged it? All and all a great option for areas with no tap/power.

Spend some extra $$ and buy a good system.
Pump and timer work well enough. The instructions are not good enough; the connection at the pump is very fragile; the amount of tubing is very limiting; the connectors/emitters have tiny diameters and the tubing is hard so it's easy to break a connector; the tubing and emitters are too small to use with other 1/4" diameter systems if you break an emitter trying to put it on. The "solar panel" is not supposed to be in heavy rain. Do your Due Diligence and pay a little more for a real product.

After 3 years still working
I've had this system for 3 years. I love it! It works well, easy to set up, and is generally quiet if you're watering in an apartment type setting. It's easy to replace parts or add more as well if you need to move things around. Highly suggest it for anyone that is going container gardening.

No instructions 🫣
Arrived without any instructions🤨 The company responded quickly and offered a full refund. I however, refused it because the product is AWESOME! The next day I purchased another one. I love the fact that It can be charged two ways by solar and I can use my powerbank to charge as well. I love that the inputs have covers to keep moisture out. I love the fact that you have ample plastic tubing. Will update in May.

Not worth the investment. Short lifespan.
After 5 months of operation the solar panel with the controls died. For what I paid for it, $10/month is not a good return on investment.
