Disappointing contempt for their customers, and not worth the money for a bit of plastic and some charcoal anyway. ### ⭐ Already opened *by A***R on 31 December 2024* The box was damaged when I opened up the parcel, but the outter package was not damaged. This is clearly a returned item. I'm not concerned about the damaged box. However the actual filter packaging was also opened (see pics) so there is no way of knowing of the filter had previously been used. I wouldn't expect to have a filter delivered already opened.
