It is smudge proof and water proof

I love it, it is really waterproof because i washed my face with soap, neither it remove nor spread so, i have to rub my eyelids hard only to remove it.. i like this kind of liquid eyeliner you don't need to worry if it will wet coz it doesn't remove nor spread.

Stays longer and easy to apply

I wouldn't recommend this product because when I tried to remove the eyeliner with plain water, it crumbled into pieces which went inside my eyes and it wasn't a nice experience. I have used dazzler eyeliner around the same price point but this never happened with those eyeliners.
