Works great!!! Just put sim card in and go!

Not a good device
I have had this product for several weeks. It is not worth the money. Within 4 hours it has to be charged even when it’s connected to one device. If you are charging the device it will not connect to any tvs

Great Portable Hotspot
So glad we got this - went without WiFi too long. Only downside is battery doesn’t last that long when in use but easy to charge and does its job. Only had one glitch that the local ATT store fixed with a new SIM card.

Unexpected product not working
This unit did not work, and after several hours over multiple sessions with AT&T customer support online & AT&T support in-person I was advised to return this device which wasn’t prepared for use and by the equivalent, recommended model over at Walmart which was the same price and I brought into the AT&T store where they quickly set up my Walmart replacement unit A great product from AT&T - where this model for sale here was not prepared for use and I had to return it
