Great product , and great price on Amazon UK ............. BUT ........ If like me , you already have a Norton account , before renewal with your recently purchased Amazon key , make sure you deactivate the auto renewal on your "soon to expire " current Norton security product . Reasons being .......... once you purchase your Amazon key for Norton security , as part of the set up procedure ( ie entering your new key code on Norton website ) , you have to update your payment details .......... and thus any pending auto renewal on your Norton account will be reactivated ......... which results in Norton deducting 99 Euros from your bank account !! ( i pay through Pay-Pal .... and had deactivated the auto renewal for Norton in Pay-Pal , but this got reactivated once i entered the process of activating the Amazon key i purchased ) . The problem eventually got solved , and i received a refund for 99 Euro to my Pay-Pal account ...... ( resulted in a half hour phone call to Norton customer care , who in fairness were very helpful and solved the issue ) . Just a " heads up " for anyone in a similar position as myself ...............

The product retrieval and install procedures are quite straightforward and it's easily installed on all devices. One quibble is having to provide a payment option though. Just remember to cancel the automatic renewal.

Always good and safe…….BUT Watch out as they put a yearly subscription on… you have to physically go on your account and cancel.. otherwise these scam people charge you £100 .. so yes good reliable antivirus BUT scam subscription . Be aware

Forgot not to use this after the hassle last time, This is a good product once in use, but Norton have ruined it with sketchy practices, after buying it they then insist you subscribe and enter your payment details and agree to auto renew at extortionate prices in the hope you forget, this is also made clear as they offer free additional services to you such as a pc tune up so long as you leave your auto renewal active, I cannot abide this kind of underhand behaviour, it was quite difficult to find where to cancel the auto renew last time aswel, they certainly don’t make it easy for you, this time however having forgotten all this before purchase I wasn’t even able to activate it, it would not accept my payment details citing I had to change country?! or change my payment method, both of which were correct, and every time I tried I would receive a bank notification on my phone saying that Norton had taken out £0.01 each time, so clearly the details were correct, but I was stuck on this page with no option to continue, so I’m not going to waste more time on it, shouldn’t be having to troubleshoot like this on the first hurdle, I just hope that these £0.01 transactions from Norton won’t come back to haunt me in a years time.

Very pleased with this purchase. Clear instructions are given on how to use and the activation code automatically links to the Norton Website to set-up the software. I have loaded it on to two PCs without any difficulty. Norton was already installed and there were no issues with my new 2026 version replacing the one already there. Contrary to some reviews I have seen, it is very easy to turn off the automatic renewal option once the software is in place. I have used Norton antivirus software for many years and have always been satisfied with the product. This way of accessing it is in my view a very competitively priced and easy way to do so.

Found it easy to install, with a great introductory price. This is me one year later, after receiving the E-Mail telling me that this product is going to cost me a penny short of £80 for another year's subscription. They better stop spamming me with constant pop-ups, trying to sell me other programmes which frankly just do what I would now expect eighty quid's worth of software to do. These annoying sales pop-ups, which won't close until you click on one of the barely visible, temporary options in yet another pop-up. I say temporary because the option I always choose is "Don't Show Me This Again" but words clearly mean nothing to these programmers because i usually see them again a week or so later. All of us have bought a PC "Repair Programme" before, so we know that a driver updater will do no more than a decent PC should be capable of one way or another, once you gain enough know-how, so the sales pop-ups are really annoying and even more-so now I know they are likely to eventually lead to an expense like my new annual subscription for a security suite that cost so little originally. Hopefully, the annoying pop-ups are just the price of paying the introductory price for internet security, which I don't suppose I'll get away with paying again, after cancelling this subscription, the same way as motor insurance got a couple of decades ago; changing company every year, for the "introductory" offer. Will be back if these pop-ups persist and I will contact Norton to ask them to prevent them.

I've had this on my Windows 10 pc for several years without any problems. The big attraction over Kaspersky was always the unlimited VPN but I see Kaspersky is also offering this now. Unlike McAfee it doesn't seem to slow down my pc but weirdly it chuggs when opening the various features. Once opened, the features work quickly. Works fine on my android 13 phone. Don't ever get taken in by Norton's insulting auto renewal prices, just buy another 12 months elsewhere if you're happy to stay with them. They wanted £80 for another year, idiots! Using the product activation code is a real pain each time but once you've followed the instructions, set up your account [if you're a new sub.] and probably come to a dead end, just use the online live help/chat. Once you're through to a human they'll activate your new code for you. I got a free extra month's subscription out of them for the hassle but I will be considering Kaspersky next year if the unlimited VPN is still included [didn't spot that until I'd purchased this]. Once set up, don't forget to go into your account and turn off the auto-renewal. They'll remind you your subscription is coming to an end atleast a month before it does. It's as if they want to deliberately make it difficult for existing customers to buy a renewal elsewhere, which is a great way to p**s us off!

j'arrive à l'échéance du contrat et je le prix du renouvellement 89e acheter pas des voleurs ... le renouvellement automatique coûte de 90 à 100 €, autant dire une ... blinde! Depuis plus de 6 ans, jetait avec eux, jai etait prévenus le jour du prélèvement donc trop tard pour arrêter et impossible de les joindre pour être rembourser jai perdu 2h a chercher rien termine norton ,javai cocher la case pas de renouvellement ... jai payer 33e il y a presque 1 an regarder les plaintes super de perdre 90e pour un truc San donner autorisation

Es ist unverschämt, eine jährliche Verlängerung für knapp 90 Euro mittels Kreditkarte, PayPal oder Kontoabbuchung zu verlangen. Das Norton-Programm hat hier für das erste Jahr 28,99 Euro gekostet. Ich wünsche ein Programm für 1 Jahr und keine Verlängerung. Zur Verlängerung wird man aber gezwungen, denn sonst kann man das Programm nicht installieren. Daher geht die Sendung zurück an den Lieferanten.
