When I take four scoops of this in morning, with my normal coffee -after not sleeping well, my brain fog is completely lifted!! don’t know if that’s so good for the kidneys though

I exercise every day and am over 65. Was sure to read extensively about creatine and safety before using. Got this brand/suggestion from daughter (an RD). I did not choose to do a loading dose, but have been on conservative suggested dose for 2 weeks. I can say the following: 1. It's a slightly annoying powder, fairly tasteless, put in a 1/4 glass of water to stir and down quickly. Not horrible. 2. I have absolutely noticed gradual change in my exercise routine: accomplishing slightly more, less fatigue and sweating. 3. ABSOLUTELY more bright and alert and start day with a spring in my step. How much of this can be directly attributed to creatine is unknown, but I will be continuing to use this product and be certain my bloodwork stays in check. WINNER.

I trust this brand. I always buy supplements from them because I know they are of great quality. I decided to try the creatinine and was pleasantly surprised when I found out it has no taste at all! It makes it easy to consume. It also dissolves very well.
