Be gentle while rolling on your scalp and skin
Felt like my .25 roller wasn’t doing anything anymore so with upgrading to .75 I’ve noticed better hair growth just have to keep in mind to be gentle and light handed while using it I could hardly feel the needles with my old one but i definitely feel these

Good quality
Good quality. Occasionally I need to pull off its roller to clear out trapped hair that causes the roller to become resistant. Doing this is quick and easy. I am learning to better prevent the occasional hair from getting caught in the roller's joint points.

Works well
I ordered this to replace my old one which had gone dull. I like the case this comes in and the overall style, as it is an upgrade to what I had. The instructions address disinfecting, thankfully, and while I used to set the roller in a cup of alcohol, it's wasteful when you can give this a good soaking by spraying it with alcohol instead. It is prickly to the sensitive areas of the face when used, as can be expected, and did increase circulation with a slight reddening of the skin that went away in about 30 minutes for me. I haven't been using it enough to attest to any youthful benefits yet, but have experienced this in the past when using a derma-roller before. I think the price is decent for the level of quality provided.

Great product
.75 was so hard to find! But glad I finally did ! Works great, I use it for my lips mainly. But once it gets dull I’ll be repurchasing!

Too many needles
I really wanted a .75 mm roller for my hair because I'm starting to thin. 540 needles is way too many and they won't get to my skin. 192 needles would be perfect probably

Yes, it really does increase circulation, gently.
I was a bit skeptical at first, but figured I should at least try this before dismissing the idea of microneedling. I’d like fuller and thicker hair, and besides topical and red-light therapy, microneedling is apparently able to help with hair growth, among other things. I’ve seen a lot of different types of rollers, but what attracted me to this one specifically is that the needles are made of titanium, the same hypoallergenic metal used in hip replacements and other surgeries where they don’t want the metal implants to cause a reaction. It made sense then to get a roller that has titanium needles so that I avoid any possible allergic reactions to the needles themselves. The roller came in a sterile packaging, but you definitely want to spray this with 70-80% isopropanol or ethanol each time before use. You can get those alcohols at your local drug store. One of the plastic braces that keep the roller held firm in its case was broken (see photo) when it arrived, but the needles were otherwise in perfect shape. You want to check and make sure the needles are bent before each use as well. I also washed my hair beforehand, as you should do for any part of the body you plan on using the needles on. For each spot on my scalp, I did 6 passes, twice each in different directions (up/down, diagonal, etc.). I could barely feel the needles and it wasn’t painful at all, but what I did notice was the sound and sensation of popping, as the tiny needles pierced my skin. It seemed to me to be working, but I was still wondering if that’s all there was to it. A few minutes after I finished, rinsed and put the roller back in the case---it hit me! Suddenly I felt a warmth all over the top of my head, and a gentle pulsing at the top of my forehead by the hairline. It wasn’t an unpleasant feeling, but definitely nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Maybe the closed way to describe it is like a very soft niacin flush. This lasted about 5 minutes or so, tapered off and was gone after 10 minutes. My body clearly reacted to the very microscopic penetrations by increasing blood flow to the area in order to begin the healing process. As a last-minute tip, I ate a healthy dinner and took vitamins about 1 hour before so that my circulatory system would have lots of nutrients available for repair. I can’t wait to try this again at the end of the week.

Here's what I like about this derma roller...
This .25 mm derma roller is very good quality. In fact, if I was going to select a derma roller for a gift basket, it would be this one. All derma rollers come packaged in a sterilized sealed plastic but most come in ugly boxes with no instructions. This one comes with really good instructions (usually there are none) and it looks like it is high quality when it arrives. I prefer titanium needles to stainless because they seem to last a bit longer. Still , I only tend to get about three derma roller sessions before the needles start to get dull. These derma rollers are a little like disposable razors. The biggest difference is it's really important to disinfect the derma roller, before and after use, with alcohol. I use a small spay bottle to do this, as that reduces the waste of pouring alcohol on the derma roller. The spray bottle I use is recycled from a small eyeglass cleaner bottle. Hopefully the pictures help you decide if this is the right derma roller for you - there are so many choices out there. The reason I would choose this one over others is that is comes with really good instructions and it looks more posh than others (important if this is a gift, less important if you just care about the derma roller). This product is good quality, but about as good as other 540 needle, titanium, .25 mm derma rollers.
