Amazon Fresh, Just Bright Ground Coffee, Light Roast, 12 Oz

This is good coffee. I've purchased it five times and it's far less costly than other coffee. It's a light roast, so it has more caffeine than dark roasts. It's also not as strong-tasting as dark roast coffee. I don't like the taste of coffee, but I drink this coffee without any sweetened creamers. I drink it black. The best thing about this coffee is that it comes in 32 oz bags, which is twice the size of the average store-bought coffee. I drink coffee by the cup. On normal days, I drink two cups of coffee, but sometimes I drink three or four cups. The bag lasts me for a whole month, drinking 2-4 cups of coffee per day (usually two). One more thing to mention, I love the smell when I first open the bag. It almost smells like there's butter inside. It smells really fresh, and it's probably the best-smelling ground coffee I've ever smelled.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised because I don’t remember this coffee being as good as it is now. I read all of the reviews and agree that there is a slight bitterness probably because of it being a dark roast but I am enjoying it since my health only allows for decaf now. Choice’s are limited so I think this is a good one especially for the price. I suggest adding a bit of ground chicory to offset the bite. Breyers oat milk ice cream as a creamer doesn’t hurt either. YUM!!! I must admit grinding the whole beans is much better.

I love the flavor and smell of those coffee. I feel like it's very easy to use while providing sufficient caffeine. The grind quality is great and very consistent and I love having what's comparable to Starbucks taste for a little less money.

I use only a fancy French Press for my Ground Coffee and tried other cheaper Brands from Walmart ( Yuk! ) and Kroger ( Gack! ) and various other bargain Brands all repulsive to one degree or another. I took a chance with Amazon Fresh and am quite pleased actually. I have only taken two nice Sips so far but right away thought I should Review this wonderful Coffee. Its been a long time since I have truly enjoyed a Cup of Coffee. I have a serious Sleep Disorder so am very dependent on my Coffee whether I like it or not I HAVE TO DRINK COFFEE just to make it through my days. I have not finished my Cup yet but already notice a nice amphetamine type buzz coming on; not too strong, but just right to gently bring life back to my tired soul. No jitters or gnashing of teeth yet, so quite nice is the experience. I feel alive! I want to hug my Dog now! Go dance barefoot in the mud. I can get used to this very easily. Shall be buying more; possibly Subscribe now? I bought a 2nd Sack and still want to Subscribe.

The coffee isn't bad, it's just not as strong as we are used to. We have to use 20% more of this coffee in our coffee maker for our morning coffee.

If you think Starbucks “house” blend coffee is burnt. And you can tell the difference between house and Starbucks pike’s blend- you will understand this review. This will be a comparison between a daily Starbucks Pike blend drinker and somebody who has now tried this three consecutive mornings. Same amount of coffee. (I also tried double the amount of coffee) Same press. Same instant hot water. I would generally rate Amazon’s products as good as the original or good enough. When this product is put into a French press in brewed by just as I’ve done it with 200° water, by comparison not only is this coffee, visually lighter. I would put this coffee as almost see-through. I could call this coffee equivalent to some diner blend where you would expected three dollar plate of breakfast. The coffee is very light tasting. The coffee is very single note. The coffee has no depth of flavor. Oddly, even though it seems very light with a single note of flavor it’s also more acidic. Almost the worst combination I could think of. I drink my coffee black. Straight up. My wife uses coffee mate. For those who truly know, coffee mate, their internal slogan is “we make crappy coffee taste good” the internally they’re legal department wouldn’t let them say it publicly. My wife tried four different flavors of coffee, mate. She was a resounding thumbs down coffee mate couldn’t make this taste good. If you like diner coffee, that’s very light tasting and you don’t care about the acidity.. you might like this coffee. If you want coffee, that’s dark Rich bold with more than one flavor note this is not for you.
