Miracle Noodle Egg White Pasta Variety Pack, 3.5 Oz (Pack of 6)

A little slippery in texture but not chewy. I like to add one package to soup. Is it filling rough to have one package by itself. Not really. If I was going to eat it alone you do need to eat 2 packages. Is it pricey? Yes, but eggs are pricey and this is a nice option to add some protein in if you can afford it. Does it taste like pasta? No. But it does give you “pasta vibes” in your dish. It’s really doesn’t taste like anything which honestly is a win in my opinion. You don’t need to rinse it forever to get a gross smell off it like you do with miracle noodles. It is odorless. I’ve bought them twice now and think it’s a good thing to have around the house.

I'm really thrilled with this product and will continue to order it in the future. The flavor is mild enough to use with Italian sauce and the noodles are sturdy enough to hold up to microwaving stirring forking and what not. I highly recommend.

Tastes great! But I honestly thought I was being punked with the size of the pouches. No where near worth the money. Sry. Make them bigger or less expensive and I would buy again.

So the product itself was pretty good and a good really low carb alternative if you're having to keep your carbs really low. BUT, check the dates when you get them. I pulled out one of my last two packets and noticed the use by date. I ordered it the end of May 2025 and the use by date was the beginning of December 2024. So essentially was sent product that was 6 months past the use by date. I'm kicking myself for not thinking to double check the date when I got it. It was also shipped with one punctured and was rotten when I opened it not realizing initially the top was punctured. So long story short I threw away three pouches and wasted a lot of money. I hope Costco starts carrying these, I want to use them but no way I'm ordering anything like this from Amazon ever again. So the product itself is good (would give it 5 stars if you actually could use what is shipped) but be wary of ordering it on Amazon.

I have been searching for low carb noodles without any bad ingredients and came across this, with healthy minimal ingredients that sounds too good to be true! Although the price was expensive, I decided to give it a try. The good thing about it is that it needs no cooking at all! Straight out of the pack, I mix it with some olive oil and Japanese sauce and it tasted great! I gave it 4 star out of 5 because my son and I both felt the amount was too little for the high price. You would need 2 packs to get a decent portion! Bottom line, I would recommend it if you are looking for a healthy alternative to ramen, eat like a bird and don’t mind the steep price!

Bomb! Great option while cutting. I use them to make pastas and the texture is perfect. Yeah, the sizes of the bags are pretty small for how much they cost but I think they’re worth it if you are able to purchase. One bag is the perfect amount for one meal/portion. I’ll only be eating while cutting so it works for me for a couple of weeks. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something low carb but love noodles! The 10g of protein is just a plus!

I purchased these out of curiosity. My husband and I don't eat carbs or sugar. Im usually wary of things like this...BUT. They ended up being pretty good. The texture was just like you would expect a regular noodle to be. I did rinse mine thuroughly and added to my home made Alfredo sauce. Its a nice Lil addition to the pantry.
