Excellent cooling cpu fan
Excellent fan. strong and durable seems. I replaced in my prebuilt desktop and the Ryzen 7 cpu temperature decreased by approximately 10 degrees during also heavy workload. Justified price. Although received box was looking older but fan was clean and new white colour

Great fan for the price
Bought one to use as an exhaust fan to replace the stock fans in my case. Pushes air extremely well and is fairly quiet even at high RPM, though not silent by any means. I have used the fan for about a week now and have not experienced the high pitched whine sound others have complained about at maximum RPM. Take this with a grain of salt because I have a sample size of one and I may have just gotten lucky. You can't really do better especially at $15. Only issue I have with the fan is it does NOT have PST.
