As described but I do find the sachets very misleading. 1500 on every sachet even though only contains 750mg.

This is a great product and has really helped me keep from cramping into maintain hydration levels during cycling and triathlon. Take notice that each packet is 750 mg of sodium and not 1500 mg. It will take two packets to make the 1500 mg Serving that is listed on the packet so technically 14 in a box only makes seven 1500 mg servings

Take this the night before and 90mins before activity and it will preload your body with electrolytes so when you do drink water, sports drinks, or electrolyte mixes your body will absorb it better. I’m 5’11” 240 lbs so I did find that during active I needed something with more calories then this so I use a version of Infinit Nutrition customized mix customized with their on staff dietitians. Their mixes everything in one bottle no need for a separate gels or snack bars during long bike rides but is still thin enough to be Absorber my body easily without pulling from water from my body to digest it.
